  What an incredible find! We are traveling from about 6 hours away and needed a good place for a good meal. The reviews were great on their website and we were not disappointed. I can’t say anything negative about this really sweet place. It reminds my of a retro restaurant but when you sort inside it’s amazingly modern. The service was great, the food was great and the atmosphere was great! If I’m ever back this way I would definitely eat here again. The portions were big. Some things like the Mac and cheese bake topped with diced chicken is totally shareable. We had two young children in our group and they were offered a kids menu with a good variety of food. Ps…. The ice sundae in the picture came from the kids menu.

  Had a great experience at Lucille’s! The food was absolutely delicious, everything came out fresh and flavorful, and the service was wonderful. You can tell the staff really cares about making sure guests have a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

  I recently went here for the second time and love it. The food is great, the place is very clean, ambience is wonderful. But the real star of the show here and reason I'm leaving this review is Courtney the bartender. She was amazing! Attentive but not too much, genuine, sweet and fun! She became a part of our date and I talk about her like she's my friend "oh, that's the restaurant that Courtney recommended" ha ha. We will absolutely go back just to see her, don't let her leave. Ever!

  We went for a family celebration lunch. Tami was our server and she was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and just treated you like she’d known you. We had appetizers, sandwiches, and everyone had bread pudding. We had a wonderful time together, and Lucille’s was the perfect place for us. We have been several times over the last 3 or so years, and it has become our favorite place to eat.

  We've walked or driven by Lucille's many times over the years and it was always packed so we never went in. Today it wasn't bad so we decided to give it a try. The food was amazing, the service was amazing. The ONLY thing that really left a bad taste in our mouth and why I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that nobody explained to us that the payment system they use automatically includes a 20% tip. When the tablet was handed to my wife it was on the signature screen. She said there was no total on the screen (but we already saw our receipt) so we just figured there was no way to tip on the tablet. We ended up leaving a cash tip of 20%. When we got home my wife double checked our CC and sure enough, there was a 20% tip added to our bill. So this means the waitress got a 40% tip. Service was good, but not 40% worth. You KNOW the wait staff must know that's how the tablets work so I'm curious how many times they're getting FAR more tips than they should for not explaining this to people. We'll def be back because the food was good, but seriously.........explain this to your customers.
