  I had an outstanding experience at the Jimmy John's in Winter Haven today. The gentleman by the name of Gabriel who was working the 6:20 p.m. shift and assisted me provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. He was friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely seemed to care that every customer had a great experience. He had a positive attitude, worked efficiently, and made me feel appreciated from the moment I walked in. It's rare to come across someone who brings that level of professionalism and kindness to their job. Employees like him make people want to come back. I hope management recognizes the outstanding service he provides because he truly deserves it. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience—I will definitely be returning!

  TERRIBLE!!! I have ordered several times from here before and was always asked if I wanted my sub toasted and always said NO!! Today I ordered the same exact sub I always get and they toasted it!!!! Tomatoes and all!!!! When I called I was informed all subs are toasted!!!!! Terrible so we won’t be ordering from them anymore

  Customer service here is absolutely horrible female employees taking order are overly aggressive and rude and sarcastic , other than the worst customer service you'll find in winterhaven the food is actually quite decent.
