- SHShelli Harris4 days ago5.0The food was absolutely amazing! We ordered on a very busy night thru the app, picked up order and went home to eat. I later discovered it was not our complete order but instead partially someone else'. My family ate their food and raved over how good their burgers were cooked to order with perfection! I ate fries and they were awesome and perfectly seasoned. I figured going back the next day was going to be a total pain or waste of time but I was totally wrong! I was speaking to the manager Mathew and describing what went wrong. He quickly stopped what he was doing, took my order, made most of it himself and happily gave it to me without any issues. I was shocked as he took the time to personally apologize and remind me of how super busy they were the night before as it had been a BOGO night. He was extremely polite, very nice to talk to, funny and gave the type of customer service that we need way more of in Winter Haven. I found most, if not all the employees that day very welcoming. They're very kind and always ask about my Daycare. Mathew, you're the best and we will return!
