I went to Five Guys expecting the same big burgers they used to be known for, but the quality and portion size have seriously gone downhill. The burgers are getting smaller and smaller while the prices keep going up. It honestly feels like they’re trying to rip off the public at this point. The service was terrible too — slow, unorganized, and the staff acted like customers were an inconvenience. For the amount they charge, you’d expect better food, better portions, and at least decent customer service. Instead, I left feeling overcharged and disappointed. Five Guys used to stand out for generous burgers and quality, but now it feels overpriced, overrated, and careless. Definitely not worth the money anymore.

Arrived late to order food, not too long before they closed. Staff was still extremely friendly despite the late arrival. I honestly hate showing up just before a place closes. My wife was adamant about stopping to order. They prepared the food in a very timely manner. However, you can tell the order was rushed. Fries were just poured into the bag, and grease soaked through the bag. The food was extremely tasty, but was super greasy. Spent $96.00 for 4 people. Food was a bit pricey for burgers. Was supposed to be a (1) double cheeseburger, & (2) single bacon cheeseburgers, & (1) Jr bacon cheeseburger. The (2) bacon cheeseburgers were double vs single, which is part of the reason the bill was higher than expected. Didn't want to complain while I was there, as I showed up last minute. Unfortunately, the burgers gave my wife & I very bad diarrhea, & my wife had to go into the ER this morning for severe nausea & vomiting. Cost me a $600.00 trip to the ER. Fortunately, my mothernlaw and daughter were asleep when we arrived home, and didn't eat the food. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this location. A refund for my order would be appreciated.

Good food just too expensive Sadly things aren’t what they used to be but the average price for a burger and fries nowadays is around $13 if you go to five guys, you will be spending $13 on just the hamburger and then if you want fries add another six dollars on top of that this is not a baseball game where everything is inflated to insane Heights this is just a fast food restaurant
