  The morning crew on Tuesday we're so rude and not attentive to customers. It was painful to watch this level of disrespect and lack of service. There was a line of cars around the building and people inside waiting for Kids to make their breakfast while they laughed and danced like no one was watching.

  The staff was incredibly friendly. They also pick up the phone when you call with a question. They put in a lot of effort. Sometimes, they even have exclusive Dunkin' merchandise available more than any other locations.

  12 year old son just ordered donuts thru door dash. Prompt delivery. OLD AND STALE!! I took in for a refund and informed as she pointed to display shelf they are NOT FRESH!! Cooked once in am and sold throughout the day. Remember the days fresh donuts were there thing every 4 hours? No refund. Treated rudely and laughed at. Guess better buying at walmart discount rack. Fresher and better customer service. Please bring KRISPY KREME TO WINTER HAVEN!! THEN WE WILL HAVE FRESH. I will never return and suggest you and your children boycott this disgrace of a place!!!
