Linda is always so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the different coffee choices. She goes the extra mile to make sure customers have a great experience, and I truly appreciate everything she does. Today I tried the peanut butter coffee she recommended, and it was absolutely delicious! My taste buds were celebrating! Employees like Linda make a difference. They show up every day, work hard, and serve others with a smile. In my opinion, Dunkin' Donuts should have an incentive or recognition program for dedicated employees like her. But now everytime i go, the coffee taste nasty, even though i ordered the same "iced coffee with 3 cream, 3 sugar and 3 caramel". It does not taste like caramel, and i just can see a bit of sugar in the cup but its not sweet. Coffee looks brownish, not creamy

No one greeted me when I walked in, and the staff seemed more focused on having side conversations with each other than communicating with customers. Their attitudes and facial expressions came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made for an unpleasant experience. Customer service is an important part of any business, and unfortunately, this location did not provide a friendly or professional environment for ordering coffee.
