- AMAngelina Morrow3 days ago1.0Definitely the worst dunkin, last time I came they gave me a super brown bagel but i was already gone before i left and that was the only thing i got. Another time i came i ordered an avacado toast. Paid for it and then when i got to the second window and waited, they told me they were out avacado lol. So i just had to wait for a refund. This time I came and I had a mobile order and I sat in front of the window for a good five minutes without anybody even acknowledging me. I called the store to ask them to add sugar since nobody even came to ask my name and i forgot to put it in my mobil order and the boy who answered was nice and put the sugar in my coffee. But mind you I sat in the drive-through and typed up this whole thing and still do not have my mobile order:)

I run on DD and this location, wait time is always better then 5-7 minutes even if your the only car in drive thru. Today I went at 430pm and was charged $6.09 for an large ICE COFFEE. It’s happy hour 2-CLOSE and my coffee should have been $2.14. Even with a NEW manager NOTHING has IMPROVED. Drive 5 minutes either way for BETTER coffee and ALWAYS what you order. LAKE WALES is ALSO spot on
