  Four stars is absolutely appropriate for this location. I totally agree with what a lot of other reviews say but at the same time also, if you go at a time that isn’t very busy when the drive-through isn’t very long, the food is pretty good. I also live just down the street so I have had many experiences at this location, long and brief.

  I had the worst experience this evening, but its not the first time for this location. The ordering process is repetitive because the staff appears to be multi-tasking and not listen to the customers. After a long wait through the drive through, there was no greeting nor smile. Then, the worker refused to add an ice water and decided to argue her case about why she couldnt give it to me. After I told her that within the time she was talking, she could have given me one.. she then rolled her eyes, put her hand up, got more of an attitude with her body and facial expressions and didnt serve with any grace. She initially said I had to go all the way around again just to request an ice water because theres a long line behind me. I then tried calling the store at a later time, but Im not sure management would even show any compassion. Ill probably make time next time. The food was horrible. The taco salad was not fresh. My order lacked fries and it was poorly misplaced all over the inside of the bag. This lacks high class for the Hamlin area, an area I generally love.

  Corporate needs to fire every single person in this Taco Bell, or adopt Wendy’s new model of having the AI ordering boards so they can focus on making the food faster

  Manager wouldn’t modify a soft shell item to a hardshell item for me due to an allergy. Every other Taco Bell did it they use the cost as the reason. Silly, what a terrible managing

  I have never in my life reviewed a Taco Bell but this place has no clue what they’re doing. The food was terrible — my Crunchwrap was 90% lettuce and somehow soggy (I ordered a Chalupa btw not a Crunchwrap lol) and nacho fries were completely hard and cold. I was the only one in the drive thru and yet it took 10 minutes. Also I know they don’t set the prices but $18 for 3 items??
