  Quite literally the worst Taco Bell location to ever exist. I do not eat beef for a multitude of reasons and I get my order and what do you know, first taco has beef in it. So I go up to the counter and tell them my order is wrong and that I ordered beans and not beef, which is clearly on the receipt. Instead of apologizing, the worker got extremely argumentative and in my face telling me I don’t know how to read, despite the receipt literally saying no beef add beans to every taco I ordered. She was so dramatic about it that she literally dissected every taco and ripped them apart on the counter to “prove a point” (two were beans and one was beef, which was still incorrect so god only knows what point she was trying to prove). Got to the point that another employee threatened to call the cops on ME, not the employee in my face telling me I’m an idiot. All I asked for was a refund and they couldn’t even do that. Absolutely pathetic service and unacceptable behavior. As a fellow customer service worker, in my entire life I have never had a negative interaction with any worker ever, let alone to this extreme. This location needs to shut down and turn into literally anything else. Hopefully the employee that helped me can find another job if they ever do since she can’t read :((

  This Taco Bell is consistently awful. I rarely go to Taco Bell but each time I’ve tried this location it’s been a bad experience. On my most recent trip I placed a mobile order. I arrived at the time it said it would be ready. I pulled up to the drive thru and they said it wasn’t ready. They told me to park, wait 5 minutes and then come back around. No problem, I waited the 5 and drove back around. Got my food and drove the 5 minutes it takes me to get home. Sat down to eat right when I got home and the food was ice cold. No reason the food should have been that cold. It was as though it had been sitting around for a good while. Then the orders were wrong. For example, jalapeños hidden in a taco that didn’t come with jalapeños. The worst thing was my Enchirito. Back story. At work we were all talking about the Enchirito coming back and my coworker was excited about it. So we all got Enchiritos and we’re sending pictures in our group chat. Mine had to be the saddest, most pathetic one of the bunch. (See photo) look, I’m not expecting much- it’s Taco Bell- but it was so sad. Long story short, avoid this Taco Bell. When you the occasional craving, go a few miles down the road for a better experience.

  Use to go almost everyday. However they got new staff a while ago. New staff have made it impossible to go. They treat you like you’re doing a disservice just being there. 0/10. Also, the last time I went, they had me in the drive thru for 20mins. Then asked me to park and then never brought out my food.

  I’ve seen lots of reviews about long drive through lines, but at lunch time it is not bad at all! I was in and out of the drive thru for lunch and the person I interacted with was really friendly. There is nothing gluten free here safe for someone with an allergy or Celiac, but I’d highly recommend the dirty Baja Blast sodas! They taste amazing.
