  I am visiting the area on a work trip and ordered DoorDash. I grew up on Midwest skyline and rarely get it fresh anymore since moving south, so I was really looking forward to the meal (it’s also my birthday). I asked for extra hot sauce packets for my regular 3-way and chili cheese dog. They called to inform me they cannot give more than 6 packets for the whole meal per the owner of the store. I stated I’ve never encountered this before and was shocked. They said they called their owner to confirm then told me I could buy a whole bottle for $8, which I informed them I’d have to throw away in 1 day as I’m flying out. Growing up near Cincinnati, I have high expectations for skyline chili and this policy was greatly disappointing. I wonder how they monitor the hot sauce usage on folks dining in?

  Skyline Chili is one of those places you either grow up loving or instantly understand the second you try it. Great food, quick service, and exactly the kind of comfort meal you want after a long day. Owen was awesome , calm, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. Definitely coming back

  We stopped in after Disney - have to say, wow! Check this place out Sofi was so sweet and really explained everything- since we are from Florida we had head of Skyline but had no idea how the menu worked. She sorted it all out and we did the classic ways with coney dogs, plus an order of nachos. So tasty, perfect porting for me was a small ways and two dogs. Thanks Sofi! We will be back!

  Oh how I have missed the north and living in Kentucky and Ohio. This place reminds me of home. The 3 way was perfect reminded me of when me and my family went 4 times a week. The manager is always so friendly. I travel to Orlando 1 or 2 times a year and this place is a must. For the locals it's a must try. My favorite is the 3 way spaghetti chilli and cheese that's all you need with the oyster crackers.

  I live nearby and from day one the consistency is at best inconsistent. The flavor is always spot on. I think the staff is a bunch of young kids who just dont care. 1/2 the time im given the wrong cheese. Usually I catch it as window now by looking, but yesterday I was in a hurry and didnt check. Well guess what no extreme cheese. On top of that they give you wrong amounts. Usually w a large youngrt 2 small bags or 1 larger bag of cheese. Well I was given a small bag and the wrong cheese. Prep of the food inconsistent as well. Sometimes you get a trsy full of noodles and chili well like yesterday, plenty of noodles barely any 1/2 amount of chili thats normal. Again great place friendly staff just lacking of consistency. The owners are the best but the consistency of the staff is dismal. Id suggest go enjoy but make sure to thoroughly check your order if going thru drive thru. Dont be in a hurry and skip this step. Hahaha. Again food is good and team is friendly.
