If you want to wait 30 minutes in a drive thru for food that is prepared slower than a snail moving through a pool of molasses, boy this is the perfect place for you. In the time it took to prepare a 10 piece nugget meal, I could have driven to Texas Roadhouse, sat down, had drinks, appetizers, and a full dinner in the same amount of time. And did I get any sort of apology for having to wait 30 minutes for my food stuck idling in a drive thru? Absolutely not. What did I get instead? The wrong meal in the bag, and there was no way in hell I was going to wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru line again in the hooes they wouldn't screw it up. So I threw out the wrong food and went to Wendy's instead and was in and out of their drive thru in less than 4 minutes.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a simple medium fry & hamburger. I don’t understand why they didn’t do things in less than 10 minutes max? They claim for it to be the line outside for pick up orders but, they seriously really need to do better in regards to “Fast food”. Hoping they improve soon, especially for current & future customers…

Was told through the drive thru that I couldn't change the toppings on my burger because I had already paid for it, despite not receiving my food yet. Went inside but as common at Mcdonalds now, it took 10 minutes to talk to someone.

I've been to this McDonald's many times. and every time it always succeeds at disappointing me. ask for a quarter pounder with no cheese (2 slices of cheese) ask for 2 large fries (heres a medium fry) would you like any sauce? (proceeds to not give me any sauce anyways) 0/10

INSANELY SLOW!!! Don't not go though drive thru. Literally on line waiting 10 minutes and the car ordering hasn't moved. UPDATE: Waited more, so parked it, went inside. Waited 5 minutes at the Damn counter. I leaned in and told them to keep it and give it to a homeless person. Then she asked what order. I stated AA11. She says 8811? Then says it's a mobile drive thru order. I rolled my eyes and said, I Waited 10min with just 2 cars in front of me, and stood for 5 minutes at counter. Pathetic!!!! Only reason it's busy is because there are no McDonald's around. WENDY'S!!! BURGER KING!! CHICK FIL A!!! Going to contact Corporate. It will be very satisfying.
