  I went through the drive-through and after leaving, I discovered my Dr Pepper had no syrup in it. That is no big deal as it happens so I go inside to have them swap it out. Because very little people used the inside there was nobody at the counter. So in order for people to see me, I have to be close to the counter opening area. The newly appointed swing manager( I was told she is new). Instead of wanting to take care of the issue that they had she put her hands up in a pushing motion telling me that I needed to back up and basically doing that motion in my face. Leadership, please watch the video. I wasn’t behind the counter or anything like that. There are no signs saying I can stand there. Lastly, if she wants me to move back, I have no problem with that. It’s the fact on how rude she was and forcing me in a pushing motion that I needed to get back and how much of a big deal she made over it rather than trying to take care of the issue in her drive-through. As she took my cup and walked towards the kitchen area she turned around and told me I needed to move back more. Then I could hear her complaining to the other managers about me. A different swing manager, who was very nice and very helpful apologized about her behavior and asked if there’s anything she could do to make it right. The second manager needs a raise and the first manager needs some customer service classes. I hope she can learn from this and continue her growth in your company.

  Forget this restaurant. The service was terrible. We waited more than 30 minutes for a simple snack for my daughter, which is completely unacceptable. It was very clear that their priority is the drive-thru customers. If you choose to eat inside the restaurant, expect to be ignored and treated as if you don't matter. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

  Every time I come to this location I use the drive thru and EVERY time I pay cash, they try to give me back change that is dollars less than they owe me. 🙄

  I have been to multiple mcdonalds and this has Horrible service. No one at front area. Had to wait to get pickup order as employees ignored myself and someone else. 20 min after small order placed, not done. No apology. Rude staff. I wondered was a 3.1* mcdonalds was like. Now i know. Pretty outside rotten inside. Go elsewhere
