Wow !!! The service is fantastic, I don’t believe all the google reviews here , what a shame this is a five star in my book and the fries are out of this world
The drive-thru service at this location is absolutely terrible. At 6:50 pm today, the drive-thru was empty, and I was the only car there. A few minutes later, other cars arrived and went to the other speaker, where they had their orders taken. However, I was stuck waiting for my order to be taken. I could hear the employees on the speaker laughing and talking, and I repeatedly called out, but no one answered. I went to the window and asked the lady to take my order because it seemed that the speaker I was on was malfunctioning. She told me I needed to go around and get behind the other cars. As the amount that I had waited was not enough.
Management really needs to train the employees better. The establishment is new and already struggling with food and service quality.
Even though it was super busy last night, and my order got messed up, Manager Tracy was incredibly quick to fix everything and was very friendly about it. I'll definitely be coming back!

A beautiful new McDonalds in a clean, bright building. I could do without the Jesus praise music in the mornings…I mean come on. The people are nice.

First time to this store ….what blew me away was how they treated their customers. EXCELLENT service from the staff from top to bottom.
Was my drive through order perfect? No but who cares?! We ate the food and mission accomplished. 🤗
The MAIN point The staff exceeded all my expectations and I felt like I was at a high end hotel. Who were they? Madison, Melo, Corey and Rola. Sincere, accommodating, kind and customer centered. I asked Rola their secret recipe. She said [with a smile], “For us, it’s all about the customer. They always come first.”
They enjoy what they do. You’re the example for other McDonald’s to follow.
