  I placed an order, and when I got home, I had an unpleasant surprise. My meal was like this—completely falling apart, without sauce, and missing ingredients. There was no napkin, and although I had requested mayonnaise and ketchup, those were missing too.

  Trash customer service. They never pick up the phone and always get orders wrong then blame you for not checking

  This is the most tightly run McDonald’s operation I’ve ever witnessed. Always clean inside, food is always freshly made, order always accurate.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience has been consistently disappointing. I live in the neighborhood and was excited when this McDonald’s opened nearby. Unfortunately, nearly every drive-thru order has been incorrect or missing items. I’ve also tried dining inside a few times, and the tables are almost always dirty. On one visit, the receipt printer wasn’t even working properly—it printed blank paper. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s happened repeatedly. Management really needs to take a closer look at what’s going on here. It’s gotten to the point where I’d rather drive to the Hamlet location than go to the one around the corner.
