The fries were amazing!! might have become my favorite place to get fries. they were super quick making our order and all the staff were so nice , the manager I think he said his name was Christian forgive me if I got it wrong! He was so funny and the sweetest! There was a five guys back where we used to live and we weren’t big fans. We weren’t going to come because our last experience at the other location but really wanted burgers and I’m so glad we gave this location a chance because it was so good ! We will deff be back!

My food sat forgotten on a back shelf for over 20 minutes while two managers in black yelled at each other across the dining room. The female manager also rudely yelled at a couple who walked in. When I finally went up, the male manager insisted my name had been "continuously" called. It was never called once. Instead of owning the mistake, he blamed me, then made a rude comment about remaking the order I had already asked about. I requested a refund and left with no food. I won't return while this manager is there. You have my contact information already, so feel free to reach out. Update 06/09/2026: Even though Five Guys has my name, phone number, and e-mail address from the online order that they could use to contact me, they would prefer to be lazy and make me fill out a form.

I believe one of them is Manager. He is a African-American and also a lady. She’s also African-American and I don’t understand what their deal is but every time we arrive and we order, they give us the nasty attitude. upper management should hire people that actually wanna be there and actually want to serve customers. It’s very uncomfortable to go to a place and have the personnel look you with.a nasty attitude when all you do is just want to eat a hamburger. Not sure if my message is gonna get through anybody, but I just wanna sit somewhere eat my meal and feel comfortable and unfortunately, this is not the place
