- MRMichael RodgersJul 31, 20262.0I use the app to order ahead. Once we picked up our food and sat down to eat, we realized all of our burger orders had something incorrect on them. The toppings were all jacked up. I ordered mushrooms on mine but they ended up on my wife's burger. I was the only one to ask for mayo but it was on both. She had BBQ sauce on her's when all she wanted was ketchup. I asked for BBQ sauce and had no sauce. It was a complete mess. I understand business can get busy sometimes, but there was only one other person dining in. On top of that, the tables were not clean and there seemed like there was plenty of staff and time to make sure they were. We were too hungry to complain and had someplace to be as well. Hopefully, this isn't a regular occurrence, and that this review will prevent this from happening again. More attention to detail will make a huge difference.

I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived the order was ready but the workers refused to acknowledge my existence. It was moderately busy, but nobody would recognize that I exist when I stepped up to the counter. So I waited near 10 minutes as my order got increasingly cold and they refused to hand my order over. All it would have taken is to ask the order name. But they would not talk to customers. For the price they are charging, they need to do better. Five guys is not worth the price. Wendy’s is just around the corner for a fraction of the price, and they have better customer service. Never going back.

We were all feeling fine beforehand, but later that night my wife, my son, and I became sick. I can’t say for certain what caused it, but based on our experience, I suspect there may have been a food handling issue. The staff also appeared unkempt, which did not give us confidence in the cleanliness of the restaurant. On top of that, the burgers were disappointing and not worth the price. It was frustrating to spend that much money and then end up feeling sick afterward. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.
