Watching what I eat on the road is usually the hardest part of traveling, so finding Eggdose here in Windermere was a nice surprise.
I ordered a bowl with egg whites, sliced turkey, avocado, sautéed mushrooms, and a bed of fresh spinach, finished with chives. Clean, filling, and full of protein without feeling heavy. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked right, especially the turkey, which had a great sear on it. Exactly what I needed before a long day.
Ordering is quick on the kiosk. You type in your name and they call it at the counter. I entered "The Boat Boss," which got a smile from the team when my order came up. The open kitchen lets you watch them work, and they were moving fast while still taking care with every plate.
The space is modern and comfortable, with warm wood slats, plenty of seating, and good natural light. It works well whether you want to grab and go or sit down for a few minutes.
I spend a lot of time traveling between Fort Lauderdale, boat shows, and meetings around Florida, and places like this make it much easier to stick to healthy habits. The menu has plenty of high-protein, low-carb options plus sandwiches if you want something heartier.
If you're in the Windermere or Orlando area and want a fresh, healthy breakfast or lunch, it's worth the stop. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

In the attached photo is a vanilla latte and it was fabulous!
My husband enjoyed his breakfast bowl which was a nice big serving. I had the Maple Dose breakfast sandwich and I loved it! The dining room and the restrooms were clean. Before I left, I complimented the worker and the owner was near by working alongside. I love to see family owned businesses and I hope to be able to visit again.

I was super excited to try this place as this is right next to my office, however was very disappointed. First issue is simply pricing, a $15.00 breakfast sandwich is Disney/Stadium pricing and is a big ask but could be tolerable for an exceptional product.
More importantly, I was not served an exceptional product.. what I was served was cold eggs that obviously had been cooked a while ago (and not very much egg at that), cold/un-melted cheese, and two slices of ok bacon on a decent roll/bun.
The value is simply not here and I won't be back even though I drive past it every day on my way into the office. Honestly, $15.00 for a sandwich of this kind is scam territory..

The food was really good and flavorful, you go up to a kiosk and order food, credit Card only, no cash. The employees call your name and you pick up the food. Unfortunately I didn't get my bacon 😢 and when I tried to call them the phone didn't answer or work. I didn't want to drive all the way back there because I took the food to go and didn't have time when we got home. Sucks, but it was good enough to go back. NOT CHEAP.

Way overpriced for quality, quantity, atmosphere and service. We stopped by for our first visit on a Tuesday at 1:15 pm. There were a couple tables of customers and one table of workers having a meeting. We ordered ourselves off of a computer on the wall. The system asked for a tip, whicj I didn't give because you can always leave a cash tip after, if warranted. There wasn't a single clean table in the restaurant to sit at. They called our names for our drinks. My husband was very disappointed at paying $6 for an iced coffee that was in a small cup and mostly ice. The fresh squeezed orange juice was good, served in the same size cup and thankfully no ice. Our food was called, we picked it up at the counter and we're underwhelmed given we had paid $53 for what you see in the picture. The maple sticks were odd, undercooked and gooey on the inside. The sandwiches were tasty, however, but everything was extremely over priced.
