    If I could give this Dutch Bros location in Hamlin more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! šŸŒŸ The Broistas here are truly the best. Every single visit, they greet you with genuine kindness, positive energy, and the biggest smiles. No matter how busy the line is, they have an incredible way of making you feel like youā€™re the only customer theyā€™re serving. They take the time to chat, remember little details, and make every visit feel personal. The drinks are always made perfectly, but itā€™s the people who keep me coming back. Theyā€™ve created such a welcoming atmosphere that brightens my day every time I stop by. Itā€™s rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond like they do. If youā€™re anywhere near Hamlin and thinking about grabbing coffee, energy drinks, or a sweet treat, this is the Dutch Bros to visit. The Broistas deserve all the love, recognition, and business they can get. Thank you for making every visit such a great experienceā€”you all are amazing! šŸ’™šŸ˜˜ā˜•ļø

    Drinks are great and staff is nice. Long time Dutch fan and this location is on point. However, this location desperately needs additional staff on the evening shift. Itā€™s ridiculous! Just awful putting the workers through that. If it doesnā€™t change soon, I will no longer be visiting this location during the evening hours. Beware as a customer you may be stuck in the drive thru in the evenings for up to a half hour and itā€™s not the fault of the employees. They are doing the best they can. Get it together management!

    I want to start by saying I'm a huge fan of Dutch Bros. I'm not leaving a one-star review because that's not what this is about. My hope is that someone in leadership actually reads this and takes it seriously instead of sending a generic response. I've been to this location well over 20 times since it openedā€”both walk-up and drive-thru. Some days I've even been there three times. I can honestly say the staff is wonderful. They do an incredible job of bringing that Dutch Bros energy, staying positive, and creating a great customer experience. My concern is specifically with the weekday evening shifts. Almost every time I come in during the evenings, the team gets absolutely slammed. There are only one or two people working inside while both drive-thru lanes are backed up. They're doing everything they can, but they're getting overwhelmed. Customers become frustrated, wait times regularly exceed 30 minutes, and I constantly see employees trying to make things right by giving away free drinks because people are upset. I understand the store is still fairly new, and maybe the labor budget or P&L doesn't support additional staffing yet. But I genuinely think this is becoming a long-term issue. If nothing changes, you're likely to lose great employees to burnout or lose customers because of the consistently long wait times. This isn't based on one bad experience. It's something I've witnessed over and over again. The weekday evening rush consistently has 30+ minute waits with only one or two people trying to keep everything moving. For what it's worth, I'm not going anywhere. I'd probably wait an hour for my Dutch Bros I'm an addict at this point but most customers won't. They have other options, and that's what concerns me. I care enough about this location that I'd honestly volunteer to stand outside and take orders for free just so the evening crew could focus on making drinks and getting orders out faster. That's how much I want to see this store succeed. Whether this review gets acted on or not, I know this location will do fine. I just believe it has the potential to be so much better. You already have an amazing team now they just need the staffing and support to match the demand. I wish everyone at this location the absolute best. Keep taking care of your people, because they're the reason many of us keep coming back.

    I have so many issues with this place. Very poor location, the drive thru canā€™t sustain the growing population of winter garden. The staff is poorly trained and acts frantic when they have to multitask. I placed a mobile order before I arrived and it still somehow took 30 minutes to get a singular coffee. The wait was so long a woman ahead of me at the pickup window told the staff to forget it because she was going to be late for work. I get itā€™s a new location but you guys have a no common sense way of fulfilling orders. The girl at the window gave us reward points in the app due to the wait but to put it frankly, the experience was that bad I probably wonā€™t be back and I wouldnā€™t recommend anyone else go back for that matter unless you like fighting for your morning coffee. Do better.
