- RRRobert1 day ago1.0I waited at the drive thru for more than 5 minutes before my order was even taken. The employee apologized saying they were the only one working that day. I expressed that that was poor management and they acknowledged that. So this is on the management, not the employee. From a comment made by the employee. I inferred that this is an ongoing issue. One employee is not enough to service you customers efficiently when you have dine in, take away and drive through services!

I didn’t get an “I’m sorry for the wait” or anything. From the looks of the reviews on this particular location MANAGEMENT needs to re-evaluate. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE!! Drive a couple extra miles for a friendly face!!

When I went to ask about if it’s ready they kept looking for the order and found it and served ice cold chewy grilled cheese which my kids refused to eat. Additionally served regular stuffed bagels instead of everything bagels so they don’t pay attention to orders.

She needs to work on her customer service. Thankfully I’ve never had her before this. The workers are usually nice and professional. She would be a better fit in a non-customer facing role, so she doesn’t spread her hate and discontent to customers. On a positive note, my order was correct.
