- THTony HomsaniAug 8, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle, mainly because of the store manager’s attitude and complete lack of customer service. He was serving me, and I ordered a cup of protein and asked for a side of sour cream. He told me that I would have to pay extra for the side. I politely explained that at other Chipotle locations, and even at this same location in the past, I have never been charged for a side of sour cream. His response was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me that those were his rules and that I would no longer be able to get it that way. Whether Chipotle has changed its policy or not is not really the issue. The problem was the way he spoke to me and handled the situation. There are respectful and professional ways to explain a policy to a customer, especially when you are the manager and are supposed to set the example for your staff. Unfortunately, his attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service.

However, the store stacked the two items on top of each other inside a single paper bag. As a result, sauce/liquid leaked out, causing the bag to burst and completely staining my car seat. This store definitely needs to pay more attention to how they package their food.

Unfortunately, the cashier, Cece, (That was the name on the receipt) who was wearing a black face mask, was very rude. There was no “good morning” or “have a good day.” She handed me my receipt, turned around, and walked away from the register. What happened to customer service? This was at 11:00 a.m in the morning. The food was also terrible. If I had been closer to the store, I would have taken it back. The beans were extremely salty and not edible. The chicken was hard and rubbery. Overall, the food was just nasty and very disappointing.

I have seen MULTIPLE people complaining about plastic in their food and today I placed a delivery order to my workplace and when I was eating my burrito I bit into a long piece of plastic. Completely disgusted me. I go to contact support right away and tell them what happened, they don’t even allow you the time to place photos or anything like that, they just ask what happened, disconnect you, and say they will let leadership know. This is ridiculous I spend 16+ on food for ONE person there and it’s terrible quality.
