Seems the entire chain has slipped from the good place they used to be but this one is closest to me. I will choose to drive farther next time and eat somewhere else. Most Employees here clearly just don’t care about your time or food quality. Real shame.

- THTony HomsaniAug 8, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle, mainly because of the store manager’s attitude and complete lack of customer service. He was serving me, and I ordered a cup of protein and asked for a side of sour cream. He told me that I would have to pay extra for the side. I politely explained that at other Chipotle locations, and even at this same location in the past, I have never been charged for a side of sour cream. His response was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me that those were his rules and that I would no longer be able to get it that way. Whether Chipotle has changed its policy or not is not really the issue. The problem was the way he spoke to me and handled the situation. There are respectful and professional ways to explain a policy to a customer, especially when you are the manager and are supposed to set the example for your staff. Unfortunately, his attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service.
