  I placed an order for pick up and it was ready right on time. The guy doing the to go orders was welcoming, polite and attentive. When I got to work and opened up my bowl it was picture perfect and exactly what I wanted. So great job to the guys that's on the to go orders, keep it up! I will be sure to tip him directly next time I see him in the store since I frequent this location.

  It’s Cinco de Mayo, use code Cinco26 for free chips and queso. Well, it never gave me the option to enter the code before selecting Apple Pay which ends the transaction. I figured I’d get it squared away at the restaurant. I go in and I explain the code and the crew member went in back for a few minutes and came back to tell me “Sorry, but that’s an App issue and we can’t help.” I was not happy. I asked to return my order and she said it’s an online order so I’d have to do so online… I was livid. But what could I do, but just walk out. Terrible customer service. I feel absolutely swindled. And the burrito is tiny, even though I asked for extra vegetables and gave a good tip. WTH Chipotle? Your crew is letting me down.

  I ordered a chicken burrito bowl from the Chipotle Mexican Grill location through the app, and this was easily one of the most disappointing takeout experiences I’ve had. First off, the price — nearly $17 with a $1 tip — is completely unreasonable for what I received. When I got home and opened the container, it was barely half full. I’m not exaggerating when I say there was maybe 2 ounces of chicken in the entire bowl, and what little was there was cold. The portion size was so small I genuinely thought they gave me a kid’s meal by mistake. There were barely any ingredients overall — just a sparse, poorly assembled bowl that felt like it was thrown together with zero care. I even double-checked the receipt because I couldn’t believe this was supposed to be a full-priced entrée. Unfortunately, it was. Between the skimpy portions, cold food, and high price, this experience felt like a complete rip-off. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. If a manager owner reads this cares to look it up here is the information very upsetting. I’m considering never going back. I ordered quite frequently and this is completely unacceptable and by the time I get home, I wasn’t about to go back. I ate what Me cold food food you gave me and moved on, but you need to know if someone’s destroying your business . ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER: P71-3AH
