On top of that, when I opened my daughter’s nuggets, I found a short blonde hair in the box. Everyone in our family has long, dark brown hair, so this was especially upsetting. I then went to eat my sandwich and discovered that it was essentially all breading. The chicken was not simply overcooked, it was nonexistent. I may have had a nickel-sized portion of actual chicken on the entire sandwich. All three containers of fries were also extremely soggy, as though they had not been cooked properly. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I typically try to avoid this location because I have had issues with my orders being prepared correctly in the past. However, since it was on my way home, I figured I would give it another chance. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for food I never received and food that was either inedible or unacceptable. I then tried calling the restaurant. I was sent to Chick-fil-A Cares which, based on this experience, did not feel very caring at all. The call was disconnected, and I spent another 30 minutes trying to reach someone. When I finally did, I was told that a ticket had been submitted and that the restaurant was supposed to call me within 48 hours. I explained that, at the very least, I wanted a refund for the item I was charged for but never received. I was told to call back the restaurant and select the catering option and speak to a manager, which I did. I was then connected with someone who works remotely. She attempted to connect me with the restaurant but told me that the restaurant apparently does not accept incoming calls. This entire experience is absolutely appalling. The food quality was unacceptable, I was charged for an item I never received, and I spent nearly an hour trying to simply get help and obtain a refund for something I was charged for but did not receive. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of the food, the missing item, the hair in my daughter’s food, and the complete lack of accessible customer service are unacceptable. I expect this matter to be addressed and for me to be refunded for the missing item and the food that was not reasonably edible at the very least.

We got in line at 10:25, 3rd car in line, but because the person taking the orders took 5 minutes to get through the two ahead of us, it was exactly 10:30 when we got there. So when we ordered chicken minis, she said no; because it was now 10:30, they were no longer capable of putting a chicken nugget on a biscuit. Sad, but fine. Then we found out what took so long. The order i put in was a chicken nugget kids meal with fries and a milk, and that was it. Then she asked for his drink. OK, we fell into a rhythm, maybe we missed it, so I said a milk. Then she asked a third time. Grabbing the food, there was no "how can I serve you?", "how is your day?", nothing that you expect. Just (verbatim) "what's your name? Here's your food." And they walked away. I understand more of this when it's busy, but this was the least busy I think I've ever seen a drive-thru for god's chicken. They served 8 cars while we were there. And honestly, yes, my bar is high. But it's Chick-fil-A. I don't spend $8 on a 5-chicken-nugget kids meal because they're life-changing; I go for the service. The feeling. The home. I got a McDonald's experience. Worse than McDonald's, because at least they'd have given me breakfast.
