  We had an excellent experience at Bonefish Grill, and Laurie made it even more special. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us throughout the meal, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find. Thank you, Laurie, for making our dining experience so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Bonefish is one of our favorite restaurants to dine. The food selections and specials are exceptional. Well prepared and delicious. We have never had anything less than a 5 star experience at Bonefish. The servers are well trained. Our server, Courtney was the best! Her timing was always perfect whenever we needed something. She was helpful with menu choices. Courtney was very friendly and attentive. She genuinely cared that our meal met our expectations. We will ask for her again. The ceviche was fresh and delicious and the accompanying chips are a great addition. I tried unicorn fish and it was so, so good! Courtney even came back to the table to make sure I was enjoying then fish. My husband’s sea bass was well prepared and our son’s steak was perfectly cooked and his crab cake was loaded with crab not stuffing. Bonefish is our go to place for great food, service and atmosphere!!!

  We had the best experience we've ever had at Bonefish Grill this past Sunday for Father's Day weekend! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely excellent and incredibly fresh. I ordered the French toast, and my husband had the shrimp & grits—both were delicious and cooked perfectly. The real highlight of our visit, though, was our server, Andrea D. She was truly outstanding! She was attentive, friendly, incredibly fast, and made us feel so well taken care of throughout our meal. She gave us great recommendations, checked on us often without ever being intrusive, and went above and beyond for our family. Our picky toddler decided she only wanted strawberries and bacon, and Andrea made it happen without hesitation. That level of kindness and willingness to accommodate made all the difference and turned a great meal into an exceptional experience. We also want to recognize the manager, Jarred, who was very attentive and personable. It was clear he genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a wonderful experience. Between the amazing service, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere, this was hands down our best visit to Bonefish Grill. Huge thanks to Andrea D. and Jarred for making our Father's Day weekend brunch so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

  I took my husband there to celebrate father's day. It was our first time. The service was excellent. Tristan ( hope I'm spelling it right) was very attentive and patient (eventhough they had a full house). The food came more quickly than expected. My fish was a bit undercooked for my liking but I didn't plan to fuss about it or seek compensation. Tristan did not leave it at that though. He called his manager who comped my meal and prepared something else of my choosing. I didn't feel like a bother and I appreciated that. Thank you.

  My wife and I had a Bonefish gift card and used it at the Winter Garden location. We arrived a little before 5:00 on a Saturday and ask for a booth. We got it as a walk in and was very comfortable for my wife who has had back surgeries. Greeted by our waitress Cassandra who was absolutely AMAZING and went way above and beyond for us. She double checked the menu on our food allergies and gave us excellent options! My ribeye was under cooked and was promptly handled with huge satisfaction. It just needed a little more time on the grill. Jared, the manager, brought out my ribeye and ensured everything was perfect! We had a great dining experience and will return again! Thank you Cassandra! It's refreshing to see true love of work combined with real friendly customer service coupled with a little conversation! Keep up the great work!!!
