Employee had to get their featured protien the "chipotle honey chicken" from the back (to go line) and when Adding sauces employee completely smothered the bowl even when I specifically asked for a little bit of sauce. I decided to keep it because I was not going to wait for the employee to go out back again. When I finally made it to the cashier I got their infamous offer for chips and drink i respectfully declined and it was like i offended the cashiers family or something after i paid literally threw my bowl on the counter.

This location though need to work on the employees training and making sure food is prepared the same way every time. As others mentioned sometimes it's over spiced, or under cooked. I hope they fix this issue quickly.

When I opened my bowl, it was barely a quarter full. I was left completely hungry and incredibly frustrated. Online ordering feels like a trap because they take advantage of you not watching them scoop the food. It feels like cheating, and most people don't have the time to go back and fight over a missing meal. Save your money and just avoid this location entirely.
