the girl with red hair, i think her name was bri, made my food packed it all the way up! i am extremely satisfied, extremely full, and extremely going to return again
Location is nice and service is speedy. I would love if they didn't treat every customer as if they have been there before.

I just had to walk out of this location. I saw 6 employees, one cutting meat. One standing at the counter waiting to be checked out i assume and four others chatting and laughing by the drive thru window for about five minutes while I stood there waiting. The employee standing at the register tried to tell them multiple times I was waiting. I got tired of waiting and When I walked out, it certainly seemed like they were watching and laughing about the point I was leaving without food. I am very disappointed because I enjoy Chipotle, 2 To 4 times a week and this new location is very close to my house. Unfortunately, if employees and management doesn't get things going better. I will be forced to go.
Further down the road that new Cava is about 10mins down the road and they are always ready to serve.

My husband and I visited this new location a few days ago. The store was clean and staff was nice. You can tell it’s still a work in progress but overall it was nice. There were a few things I didn’t find particularly appealing at this location however, a lot of the veggies my husband and i had were so charred they were basically pieces of ash, there was SO MUCH rice more than anything else, and for having just opened 30 mins prior to our visit the chips were stale. My husband unfortunately found a piece of plastic in his food as well, which as someone who has worked the food industry for many of years, I know these things happen, especially with a new establishment. Would i discourage anyone from coming to this particular location? No, they are still fairly new and are still working out kinks. Overall a decent experience, would try again!

This is so stupid. Chipotle is always good...food wise. My first time at this location. Unpleasant. Bottom line. Online orders were priority over waiting customers...super annoying to be IGNORED, while you stand there like a jerk wondering why no one is taking your order, yet making food...main thing is, I asked the person making my bowl for chips and salsa. She said ok, and asked what salsa, I told her. Get to the register and (what I hear from this low voiced girl is) would you like to add a soda. I said no, paid, and then I'm like where's my chips? She said she asked me with the soda. I said I didn't hear her ask about chips, only soda. She says, well I didn't charge for the chips. Im like, I didn't hear you, and I told the other girl...hence the salsa...she dead eyes me, repeats that she didn't charge for chips. I don't want to do another transaction, so I said forget it and left. It's so stupid, but some chips just made me not ever want to go back. Do we not communicate with the line people about chips added? It's dumb, I'm dumb for being mad and posting, but a little bag of chips(which i was fully prepared to pay for) caused all this. Really, it was bad customer service ultimately. Still go there people...I'm not hating on the establishment or workers necessarily...just a poor interaction for my first, and last, time there. I'm gonna go pray for myself that I don't get so upset over dumb things. God bless.
