First time going to this location this evening around 8:15 and was not impressed. I asked how hot the chipotle honey chicken was and the girl making my order responded that it was hot and proceeded to tell me that it’s stated in the description. It’s really not that spicy by the way. I chose to get it and it’s really good. Her portions were way off for the three different bowls I ordered. All of them were the same except for two had sour cream and guacamole. The chicken and vegetable portions were all different for each dish. When I got to the register to pay, I was waiting on my mom who is still going through the line and finishing up with her. I watched the girl drop a lid on the floor and with the same gloves, picked it up and proceeded to put shredded cheese on the next order with the same glove. The lady at the register was watching as well and I told her that was just disgusting. I know she saw what happened but said nothing. I have to eat gluten-free so chipotle is always my go to when I go to eat out and I’ve always loved it. I won’t be returning to this location because of this situation unfortunately. I will go up to Big Bend Rd. I didn’t ask for any names or look for name tags, but the young girl making my order and that was rude and unsanitary had short curly dark hair under her hat. Every one else seemed to smile and be in a much better mood.

Honestly, the flavor at Chipotle Mexican Grill is good, no complaints there.
But the cleanliness was disappointing!
First, the chips bag was barely filled.
Second, and more importantly, the serving area looked messy the entire time.
There was rice, meat, vegetables and cilantro spilled all around the counter outside the containers where food is being served.
The kitchen area looked similar too.
I understand rush hours happen, but visually it doesn’t look hygienic when the work area stays dirty while serving customers.
A clean serving station makes a huge difference in customer confidence.
Again, food tasted good… but cleanliness definitely needs improvement. ✌️

This place is horrible I would not come here, they have only been opened for maybe 2weeks and the customer service is bad. I ordered a burrito online and came through the drive thru for pick up and usually the burritos are bigger but when I came to this location they gave me a very small burrito and when I brought it up there was man that told me that that’s the size no matter if he remakes it or not so when I came in I seen the size that they normally use and I’m asking why they used a smaller burrito if there was the normal size and they basically shut me down and shooed me away. I don’t understand why I have to watch you make my food for you to do it right, that’s so stupid to me. Mind you I spent about $14. I would not be coming back and I’d rather go to big bend there here again

Visited the new Chipotle Mexican Grill that’s been open about a month, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience from start to finish.
The dining area was not clean—all of the tables were dirty, and we ended up wiping down our own just to sit. That’s not something you expect, especially from a newly opened location that should still be trying to make a good impression.
The food quality was also lacking. The steak was very fatty, tough, and chewy. The chips tasted stale, and the queso was particularly frustrating—priced around $5 for a very small portion that wasn’t even filled to the top. It didn’t feel like a fair value.
What stood out most, though, was the lack of customer service. We weren't asked if the food was to dine or togo. They bagged our food and by the time we had to find a table and clean it off, our bag broke as we were cleaning off the table to sit and eat, and all of our food fell onto the floor. No one from the staff came over to assist or even acknowledge what happened. Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt off—employees didn’t appear engaged or welcoming.
For a restaurant that’s only been open a short time, it already feels like standards are slipping. Between the cleanliness issues, food quality, and lack of service, it left a poor impression. I hope they take steps to improve.

I was very excited to finally have a new place in town to eat, however, the food was terrible and the tables were dirty, unfortunately.
I ordered a chicken burrito and queso & chips.
I originally wanted a quesadilla but was told I could only order it online. (I have ordered in person at other chipotle locations without an issue),
The chicken was very chewy; I couldn't even eat it, as well as the tortilla itself. The chips tasted very stale as well.
I understand this is a new Chipotle and everyone is still learning, so I hope these issues will get better with time.
