When I asked to have it corrected, I offered a simple solution, taking two sandwiches instead, but staff refused to accommodate this. Two employees accused me, in front of other customers, of lying about my order. I was then left standing at the counter while staff discussed the situation among themselves rather than addressing it with me directly. Meanwhile, every other employee in the store was on their phone instead of working. The manager on duty used profanity during this exchange and then simply stood there without offering any resolution or apology. The entire interaction took over 30 minutes, and I left without a correct order or any acceptable explanation. This was an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience, and I will not be returning to this location. I am requesting a refund and would appreciate a response addressing the conduct of the staff involved As of now I have 2 pending charges and no return
