  The professionalism and timely manner that I get my food in is always excellent. I have never had a bad experience or interaction with any of the staff that is in the establishment! They go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with every order. They take the time to get to know you regardless if you are a frequent customer or a first time walk-in and the experiences that I’ve had have been nothing but a pleasure and always end with a smile and a “see you next time!”

  Picked up a carryout last Saturday. My job was to walk in and pick it up—the pizza was already paid for. Dude prints out a receipt and asks me if I’d like to leave a tip, write the amount then sign. I select 15%. The dude takes the receipt, opens the register and grabs one or more paper bills from register—tosses it in the tip jar, closes the register. Questions: 1. How much money did he pull from the drawer? 2. 15% is not a number equally divisible by any paper currency. Where did the difference go? 3. How do you balance the till? I’m not saying that something nefarious occurred, but I am saying that it smells like it. Beware.
