  Picked up a carryout last Saturday. My job was to walk in and pick it up—the pizza was already paid for. Dude prints out a receipt and asks me if I’d like to leave a tip, write the amount then sign. I select 15%. The dude takes the receipt, opens the register and grabs one or more paper bills from register—tosses it in the tip jar, closes the register. Questions: 1. How much money did he pull from the drawer? 2. 15% is not a number equally divisible by any paper currency. Where did the difference go? 3. How do you balance the till? I’m not saying that something nefarious occurred, but I am saying that it smells like it. Beware.

  Upon arriving for my order, I observed three staff members who appeared to be disengaged and unhelpful. Despite making eye contact with me, they refused to acknowledge my presence or assist with handing over my order. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service resulted in an unnecessary delay and a very poor experience. ​I hope you will look into the staffing during this shift to ensure that future customers receive better service.

  What in the world have you guys done to your pizza sauce over the last several months? Its GROSS now. It tastes like I'm eating a frozen pizza I could have gotten at a grocery store. Did you guys change sauce brands because it really isn't great now.

  The carryout pizza was burnt and dry. I should have looked inside the box before I took off.
