Sat at the bar, Andy made my smokey old fashion, handled my order, while doing his Bartender duties and serving tables. The drink was delicious, food was fantastic, and the service was thorough without being over attentive. I got a drink, appetizer, main course and desert. 5 star all the way.
We went to Outback in Wildwood the Saturday before father's day at about 5:15 we did expect to wait. Was greeted by the hostess and told 45 min. wait so we had a drink at the bar. Now mind you she took our cell number and said we would be texted when table was ready. We did get a text that said hello, etc. and that to when table was ready they would notify us. So we sat and sat and sat no text. Finally after 40 minutes went to hostess and she said oh someone else took our spot. Explained we never got a text she said sorry, that's it they said you will get the next available table 15 more minutes and finally got a table. Asked for manager she came over and apologized by now an hour later from when we entered then she said free appetizer on us so we got a blooomin onion, ok all good still another 45 minutes and still no food we asked and they said there were 2 tickets ahead of ours. Manager came out again and apologized again she comped us our meal but really 2 hours to get food at OUTBACK!! Totally unacceptable. The front staff didn't seem to know what they were doing hope they get it together for Father's Day or they will have a lot of angry customers. Going to be a real long time before we go back. Can't you hire staff or train them better very dissatisfied.

My online order was earlier than previously expected and it was hot. I work for 911 so there are no breaks you keep going for 12 hours. We decided to order Outback and it was an excellent choice. Our only complaint was all broccoli on all 6 orders was not steamed WELL like indicated in special instructions. It still was a great well needed meal.

Food was a good value. Did not wait long for table or food. The service could have been more attentive. Every time I ask for some things it took too long. For example I asked for ketchup when my food was delivered then I waited and asked again. My meal was half eaten before delivered. I asked for well done fries and got soft ones.
Server was not in tune and could have saved steps if she thought ahead.Left her 20% tip because I am kind

This past Friday after the high school graduation, my family decided to visit the new Outback in Wildwood for the first time. We understood it was already 8:45 PM and saw online that the restaurant closed at 10:00 PM. Before leaving, we made multiple attempts to call the restaurant to see if we could make a reservation since we were about 20 minutes away. When we finally reached the restaurant, we spoke with Colleen, the manager, who informed us that a large party had just arrived and that they only had three servers on the floor, so there would likely be a wait. At no point were we told not to come or that we would not be served.
My family of 10 arrived at approximately 9:15 PM. Upon entering, the hostess seemed hesitant to seat us, and we noticed that nearly half of the restaurant had already been cleaned and closed down. The hostess then went to get Colleen, who came to the front and informed us that they would not be able to serve us because they only had one server on the floor and they closed at 10:00 PM. When we explained that we had called ahead, she then stated that she had told us there was only one server, which was not accurate.
I explained that it was graduation night and that inadequate staffing was not the fault of paying customers. Colleen then responded by saying we should have called earlier in the day to make a reservation instead of calling last minute. Her tone throughout the interaction was rude, dismissive, and condescending. When I asked for a business card so I could speak with upper management regarding the situation, she informed me that she was the owner.
As the owner of an establishment, I would expect a much more welcoming and professional approach, especially toward first-time customers. While I understand that arriving later in the evening with a large party may have been inconvenient, the way my family was treated was unacceptable. Turning away 10 paying customers on a major graduation night, while speaking to us disrespectfully, created a terrible first impression.
Outback is a well-known brand, and I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service at any other location.
