  We got three coffees none had any of the flavor it was supposed to have one was supposed to have sugar and didn’t we paid for a extra small fries and didn’t get those

  I know everyone has their own experiences but this location is the best one I’ve ever been to. The only McDonald’s I’ve ever had where the fries are hot and fresh every time, the food is always HOT and not just lukewarm and soggy, whoever is managing this place is a legend in my book, this is the only McDonald’s in central Florida I actually like. I will say I didn’t enjoy my strawberry shake being 50% whipped cream, it feels lazy, and even though I order like 2 items I always get asked to pull forward, However I chalk that up to the food being fresh and made to order, otherwise? Best one I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been all over the country

  04/15/2026 12:15 pm. I ordered on the app for pickup in store. Food was cold when I arrived. No ketchup in the bag. There is zero ketchup available for self service in the store. I had to wait in line at the counter and ask for some. When it was my turn the woman at the counter treated me like a thief. She did not want to let go of the shoe box size container of ketchup packets saying that she didn’t want me to take it to my table and take all of them. Ridiculous!!! And by the time I was able to obtain the ketchup my food was even colder. And THEN a little later as she was wiping down a table near me she was looking down at the table so cameras can’t see, and saying in a snide mocking tone “she can’t get ketchup, can’t get ketchup, she can’t get ketchup” and when I looked over at her she said in the same mocking tone “hiiiii, hi”. This woman should not be out front at the counter or have any customer contact.
