  pulled up for a large hot extra cream extra sugar. Pulled away before taking a sip. When I did it was no sugar plenty of cream. I was so pissed cause the girls in the window were kind of cool I gave her six dollars told her to keep the change. I guess my whole point is everything was great except the coffee.

  Came inside to order behind another couple. The woman working the drive thru said something a few times but never turned around. The other couple asked if she was talking to them and she said “I been telling you to order down here”. No one ever directly addressed anyone at the counter. We immediately left. Either they are understaffed and can’t handle dining room and drive thru, or just choose to be hateful. Either way, not worth the stop.

  Decaf coffee be cold You ask for a little butter and they put a block of butter They are always understaffed and with an attitude They ignore customers that walk in for customers in drive thru Not wearing appropriate shoes, slides is not work attire They mess up your order and when you come to fix it they snatch things from your hands. The lady that works making the sandwiches is nasty, unprofessional, and needs training in proper work attire and customer service

  I couldn’t even finish an order when I asked for what available flavors are left for Dunkin Zero to One cashier. Another female cashier took over and asked “can’t you read the sign?” After she had finished trying to take my order, she said that’s so rude. She really didn’t think I heard that and so I drove off without even picking up my order and putting a review here. If you can drive five extra miles to go to another Dunkin or another coffee location, I’d suggest doing that because this was the last straw of this location. I have placed orders here when driving to and from work. I’ve put up with the rudeness in the past and had given multiple chances, but not anymore.

  Made 5 drinks wrong out of 6. Made multiple drinks we didn’t order. Terrible communication and service. Please don’t come here. dirty dining room, horrible communication just making drinks and sending them out not even checking who they’re going to. They were rude. They were disrespectful and I am so appalled. I have never had an experience like this in my life. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been too, this needs to be reported to headquarters. I am irritated. I am distraught. I went there to get a mango banana daydream and I left with nothing in my hands. This will be dealt with.
