On my recent visit, the cashier on duty was extremely rude to customers and was not wearing a name tag. She announced to the store that she was working alone and refused to prepare sandwich orders. When a customer politely asked how long the wait would be, the employee completely ignored her. Her behavior gave the impression that she did not want to be there, which is damaging to Dunkin's reputation. To help you identify the employee involved, my receipt shows check number 48459. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve your hiring and customer service standards.
