- RSRaj SinnaAug 16, 20261.0Dunkin' Corporate Team, I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the customer service at one of your locations. On my recent visit, the cashier on duty was extremely rude to customers and was not wearing a name tag. She announced to the store that she was working alone and refused to prepare sandwich orders. When a customer politely asked how long the wait would be, the employee completely ignored her. Her behavior gave the impression that she did not want to be there, which is damaging to Dunkin's reputation. To help you identify the employee involved, my receipt shows check number 48459. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve your hiring and customer service standards.

I understand having to do closing work but he could of waited for us to order first and then clean the grill, specially this Dunkin being 24 hours. We canceled our orden and just went and got something at the gas station.
- TDTeresa DavisAug 4, 20261.0Kishane tricked me into pushing a button for a $2.00 tip by telling me if I was using a credit card to "tap here" and "tap here". I thought it was strange to have to tap something before I tapped my card, but when I hesitated and tried to see the tiny screen, she more loudly and impatiently said "tap here" and "tap here"! I did what she said as there were people waiting behind me in line. As I sat and waited for the 15 minutes it took to fill my food order (plus another 5 minutes for my drink to be made), I looked at the receipt and realized what she had conned me into doing. I asked for a manager, but was told there wasn't one on site. She made a big deal of my complaint in front of other customers and employees. All I could think was "Wow! She's really got the con down pat and is making a LOT of money scamming people. At $2 every 3 or 4 minutes, that's an additional $40/hour+." Oh, and I was told there are no refunds after I complained.
