  Do not stop at this Dunkin unless you are not in a hurry to do anything. You will legit wait 30+ mins for coffee and food, no matter how busy they are.

  It’s 9am and they had no glazed doughnuts and no regular coke. Said the other shift forgot to make them. None of the kiosks were working and long lines however the woman working the front was patient as it seems to be only two working and very nice.

  An order of a large, what Dunkin calls “Nutty Dunkalatte” partly described as iced, was placed on a touch screen self-service kiosk which seemed to be out of paper when requested for a receipt. What I received was a medium hot banana flavored latte. I was irritated to say the least. I’m giving 2 stars because the gentleman serving the beverage remained professional.

  We stopped to grab coffee and end de up in a very frustrating situation. After waiting for more than 20 minutes for 2 coffees, the workers used a dirty rag to put the pot on the cup, touching the content inside. I was grossed out and threw away my drink. Not only they are understaffed, but the location looks filthy and there is nobody you can communicate with. I don’t know how Dunkin wants to represent their name with this location.

  Stopped here while traveling, the gentleman who took our order (I think his name is Anthony) was very helpful and kind. He made recommendations for us as well, if I could separately give the service he offered five stars I would! However, there was a woman working by the name of Toni who was being incredibly rude to Anthony as well as other customers. I don’t know if maybe she was having a bad day or if this is her norm, but regardless it isn’t acceptable to treat your staff that way. She was being hostile with how she spoke to him and also to multiple customers, perhaps she needs more training. She is the biggest reason for the lower rating as her attitude and behavior toward the other employee was just really distasteful, and that’s probably under-exaggerating. The food and drinks were as expected and everything was warm and made correctly so no complaints there!
