- KWKelly Wood1 day ago1.0Incredibly incompetent and/or uncaring staff. The majority of the reason the line moved at all was because people gave up, got out of line, and bought their coffee from the Mainline Market instead. The male staff member with the ponytail and glasses was selective about who he helped and spent an excessive amount of time filling or correcting certain orders. There are two self-checkout kiosks, but only one was working, and it was nearly impossible to access if someone happened to have a staff member talking to them at the register. The male staff member was the only person working the front area. He constantly touched his nose, ears, and face and never appeared to wash or sanitize his hands while handling drinks, opening a whipped cream canister, and applying whipped topping. He was also the employee who ultimately made my drink, and after watching him repeatedly touch his face without seeing him wash or sanitize his hands, I honestly didn’t feel comfortable drinking it. There was another woman working in the back who looked like she strongly despised her current situation, and with such an ill-functioning store, I can’t really blame her. At times, both staff members were out in the atrium/front-of-store area, so I don’t believe anything was being made, which would explain why it took nearly 15 minutes to make a single iced coffee. Zero out of five stars. I would not recommend this location unless you have heaps of time to waste and no children who are getting restless waiting around.

I ended up walking away grabbing a Starbucks coffee from the lister gestation store Horrible service at this dunkin
