  I visited the Chipotle in Wildwood today, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at any Chipotle. I ordered a vegetarian bowl. The employee who made my bowl correctly marked it with a “V” for vegetarian before closing it. When I got to the cashier, she assumed it was a chicken bowl. I told her it was vegetarian and asked her to simply ask the employee who had just made it, since he was standing right there. Instead, another employee opened my sealed bowl to inspect it. There was absolutely no reason to reopen my food when the person who prepared it was available to confirm the order. The confusion didn’t stop there. I ordered chips, and I also asked for tomato salsa on the side for my bowl. The cashier tried to charge me for “chips and salsa.” I explained that the salsa belonged to my bowl, not the chips, but she insisted, saying, “That’s how we charge.” I’ve been to many Chipotle locations over the years, and I’ve never been charged for chips and salsa when the salsa was simply on the side for my bowl. She also tried to charge me extra for guacamole because she thought I had a chicken bowl. I had to explain that guacamole is included with a vegetarian bowl. The biggest issue wasn’t just the mistakes—it was the complete lack of communication and training. Employees weren’t communicating with each other, the cashier didn’t seem to understand how vegetarian bowls are supposed to be rung up, and I had to repeatedly correct errors that should never have happened. The employee who made my bowl never stepped in to clarify the order, even though he was standing right there. After this experience, I can understand why this location has such a low rating. The food itself was fine, but the service was disorganized, confusing, and frustrating. Management needs to invest in better employee training and improve communication between team members so customers don’t have to deal with unnecessary mistakes at checkout.

  I would give a 0 star if I could. First off we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes because the car in front of us did not have his order ready yet while ours were. Instead of them asking the car too pull around or park, we had to ask so we can get to the window where we saw our bagged food. Then we had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for them to acknowledge our car and hand us our food even after waving for attention and giving a honk once to let them know a different car is here and ready for pickup. When we got our food we tried to ask why they ignored us and didn’t ask the car before to wait in a parking space to keep the line moving. A girl with blue hair and 2 lip piercings rudely closed the window in our face mid sentence but now its been almost 25-30 minutes past our pickup time If that wasn’t bad enough, both orders were wrong. We were charged for queso on one bowl and guacamole on another…guess what we didn’t get. We tried call in the store 4 times to try to address this issue only for them to hang up on us before anyone even greeted us. Place is missing common sense and organization clearly

  If it wasn’t for Damien and shamyra this store would not do well. They are truly there to do their job Service customers. Unlikely Monday night you have a young kid behind the counter. Completely fabricated gave me half a spoon of chicken and blamed it on a manager. I saw with my own eyes how he just lied and blamed the manager. Kid should learn manners. U fortunely he should t be working at chipotle. Damien and shamyra are truly asset to chipotle. Thank you for being there servicing us customers with compassion.

  Service was soo slow that people in front of me left without food.. I stood at the counter for several more minutes after before an employee even looked at me .. also the prep tables were filthy
