  There’s a woman here with really long fake eyelashes and she opened a pack of tortillas with her mouth and a SPIT STRING stretched from her glove to her mouth. I’m pregnant and this is disgusting and unsanitary. Working in the food industry you never open things with your mouth let alone in front of customers. So disgusting I said actually i don’t want anything but thank you and left. If anyone cares enough to play the cameras it’s was around 12:40 today.

  Good service and food. Quick in and out. The atmosphere always looks chaotic, but they get it done.

  Pulled up at 1230. Doors locked, chairs up, people inside not acknowledging people at the door. Sign says open at 1045. Not the first issue with this location but will be the last, definitely never coming back.

  Chipotle is about as close as I get to eating healthy. That said, sum ting wong at this location. Food looks bad and is not always prepared correctly. Service is bad and they never have enough employees or they're not trained

  I visited the Chipotle in Wildwood today, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at any Chipotle. I ordered a vegetarian bowl. The employee who made my bowl correctly marked it with a “V” for vegetarian before closing it. When I got to the cashier, she assumed it was a chicken bowl. I told her it was vegetarian and asked her to simply ask the employee who had just made it, since he was standing right there. Instead, another employee opened my sealed bowl to inspect it. There was absolutely no reason to reopen my food when the person who prepared it was available to confirm the order. The confusion didn’t stop there. I ordered chips, and I also asked for tomato salsa on the side for my bowl. The cashier tried to charge me for “chips and salsa.” I explained that the salsa belonged to my bowl, not the chips, but she insisted, saying, “That’s how we charge.” I’ve been to many Chipotle locations over the years, and I’ve never been charged for chips and salsa when the salsa was simply on the side for my bowl. She also tried to charge me extra for guacamole because she thought I had a chicken bowl. I had to explain that guacamole is included with a vegetarian bowl. The biggest issue wasn’t just the mistakes—it was the complete lack of communication and training. Employees weren’t communicating with each other, the cashier didn’t seem to understand how vegetarian bowls are supposed to be rung up, and I had to repeatedly correct errors that should never have happened. The employee who made my bowl never stepped in to clarify the order, even though he was standing right there. After this experience, I can understand why this location has such a low rating. The food itself was fine, but the service was disorganized, confusing, and frustrating. Management needs to invest in better employee training and improve communication between team members so customers don’t have to deal with unnecessary mistakes at checkout.
