This is not a post after one bad experience, the attached photo is what I have gotten when I have gone there many times over the last 10 years. After seeing this, I pointed to the menu photo which showed lots of cheese on top and told the attendant that I needed more cheese. He then tried to charge me $6 for it. This photo is what Panna is trying to charge $20 for. If you look at the comments below there are multiple complaints about this, and the manager responds with “there’s always a manager on duty, we hold ourselves to the highest standard, blah, blah, blah”. I’m telling you it’s not true. Consistent low quality like this means the cooks are trained and directed to make it like this and apparently it won’t change. Do yourself a favor and go to Cafe Canela which I usually do now except when I’m in a rush since Panna is closer

If you have never tried a Venezuelan hamburger, patacon, cachapa, pepito, this is your chance try a wonderful food, for you american friend, try the hamburger and see all you have missed in your life , Venezuelan knows how to take the hamburgers to a higher level 😀
