- APAlana Prevost3 days ago3.0Door dash came to our house with only coffee and sandwiches completely forgot our donuts at dunking donuts. We then went to go pick them up, when we got inside they appoligized for there lack of service, told us that it was a misunderstanding that they tried to call the delivery guy but he did not answer. Thay gave us extra munchkins for our inconvenience for coming to get them. When we got in the car we opened the munchkinn box to see 4 donuts instead of 25 munchkins. Lack of service and inconvenience is the reason why they were given this review. I hope this review will help further readers.

I asked for bags for my 3 children’s food to take to go (1 for each child) and he opened the bags and brought them to me. Just over and beyond customer service!!! Thank you!!

- NNNorahJan 20, 20261.0I ordered 5 donuts on the kiosk and got 5 different flavors, but when I went to get the donuts the lady asked what flavors I wanted and I was confused and looked down at the small selection of donuts. I told the lady that I already ordered the flavors, it was very loud so I’m not sure if she heard me, but then she proceeded to ask what flavors so I just took the donuts they had and went on my way cause I was in a rush. Very unprofessional to not have the flavors they promised.
