  5/17/26 called to order and they hung up. Called again.. Understood they may be busy… called again to tell them I ordered online and used cash option. Wanted to tell them to make sure they’re driver has change for a 20. Called 4x after and still they picked up and hung up. Customer service is courtesy. I could have waited on hold. Now they’re driver may not get tipped because of their negligence. Hope he has change.. business needs employeees who understand communication is key!!

  2nd and last time ordering from this store. 1st took 2 hours to get order and it was cold when delivered. Store kept hanging up the phone trying to call and find out why the status showed out for delivery but not moving. Second time I order carry out and come to find the order was marked ready, but had to wait 15 minutes for the order when arriving at the store. During that time I witnessed a small young man continually pick up the phone that was ringing and slamming it down in anger. Witnessed other customers experiencing the same thing showing up for their order marked ready, but we’re being told it was gonna be longer, 30 minutes for the last couple that came in.

  Every Wednesday Yorgelis is in this store, the environment is amazing. She is always with smile spreading her energy in the store. She is fast, efficient, and a great customer service. We go every Wednesday because of that customer service. Keeping her is a great value for the company!!

  Whenever I have visited this store, I have had the opportunity to be assisted by a young woman; I recall that she told me her name is Gorgelis. She is friendly and organized, and she offers me options to choose from.   I should have known that this was going to be a bad experience because every time you call the store it pretty much hangs up on you every time there’s an automated message and then the phone line gets disconnected. It took me four or five times to get in touch with the human I ordered these pizzas on the app at 10 o’clock in the morning to be delivered at 5:30 PM. I wanted to make sure these pizzas would be delivered on time so I called the store and specifically asked them to deliver them to a location at the pro shop at the golf course that I was working at. The app then did not update the delivery drivers location correctly and then the location expired and the pizzas were delivered to a maintenance building where no one was so basically the delivery driver just left the pizzas in a place that no one was I’m sorry to leave this review, but it’s common sense that you bring the pizza to the building where the customers are so there’s an entire pro shop and country club building that the delivery driver simply drove past and left the pizzas in a Maintenence building where no one was
