  Best Chipotle ever, I got a bowl to share and it was on point. In my bowl I got steak, corn, fresh salsa, white rice, and black beans. SO GOOD!!!!! I am DEFINITELY gonna be coming back soon... 😍😍😍😍

  I visited your restaurant today and ordered a bowl. While my bowl was being prepared, I politely asked the employee for just a little more chicken. I did not ask for double chicken. When I got to the register, I was told that I would have to pay for double chicken. I respectfully explained that I had only asked for a little more, not a double portion. I also mentioned that Chipotle’s CEO has publicly discussed customers being able to ask for a little more food. Unaffortunañy , the person at the register, who later identified herself as the manager, responded to me with a very negative and aggressive attitude. Instead of calmly explaining the policy or trying to resolve the situation, she was dismissive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. What bothered me even more was what happened next. The manager actually took the bowl that had already been prepared out of my hands, placed it back behind the counter, and told the employees, “Don’t worry, I’m going to make it again.” She then proceeded to make another bowl herself with a visibly bad attitude.I found this behavior completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was not refusing to pay for something I had ordered. I was simply explaining that I had never requested double chicken and was trying to understand why I was being charged for it.As a customer, I should be able to ask a question about a charge without being treated aggressively or having my food taken out of my hands. The entire interaction made me feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, and disrespected. I understand that Chipotle has portion and pricing policies, and I respect those policies. My complaint is primarily about the way the manager handled the situation and the way she treated me as a customer. I already report her because she was nasty unprofessional and disrespectful

  If I could give it 0 stars I would, the employees are so rude they ignore people and act like what Theyr getting is “too much” the portions they give are unacceptable and there was a bug in my lettuce??? Whichever employee was working the night of August 8th should be fired as my food was wrongly proportioned and not checked they employee was also laughing when I said I needed an accurate amount of what people usually get!! I’m requesting a management check on the food and check the cameras for that employee curly hair. Very dissapointed I will never come back
