  Honestly this place is always consistent :). My wife always get the fish and chips and loves it. Today she tried the imperial dip and really liked it as well. The serve bread and oil which is always warm and delicious. I recently tried the barrel cut fillet. Tried it again today and I loved it both times. Special shout out to our server Sasha P.! She always check in on us. Im not a seafood person but their non seafood stuff is just as good.

  If you are looking for the perfect spot to unwind with a fantastic drink, Bonefish Grill is it! We had an absolutely wonderful dinner, and the cocktails were the highlight of the evening. The presentation is top-notch; we ordered a couple of their signature martinis perfectly chilled, beautifully mixed, and that rock candy garnish on the side was such a fun, chic touch. We paired our drinks with an incredible dinner spread, starting with the warm, crusty bread and that irresistible chimichurri dipping oil. Every dish hit the mark, from the golden, crispy fried shrimp and fries to the rich and flavorful creamy seafood pasta. The wood-grilled steak was also cooked to perfection, topped with fresh chimichurri and paired with excellent garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Whether you are stopping in to catch their martini Mondays, happy hour or getting food to-go, you won't be disappointed. Great food, gorgeous drinks, and wonderful service.

  The service from Osmar was A1 he was definitely attentive and helpful friendly professional in all aspects our service definitely recommend and the happy hour drinks 🍹 was excellent thanks to bartender

  We had a great experience thanks to our server Nick, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout our visit. For Father’s Day I went to eat with my family, who took quite a while to decide on our menu items, and he never rushed us or made us feel pressured. He was professional, kind, and provided excellent service from start to finish. It’s not often that you come across someone who is so genuinely welcoming and accommodating. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service :)

  Outstanding dinner at Bonefish Grill Weston — ask for Curtis! We had an incredible night at Bonefish Grill in Weston, FL, and it might be our new favorite spot. The food was exceptional from start to finish. I ordered the rainbow trout and it was fantastic — perfectly cooked, flaky, and full of flavor. My better half got the twin lobster tails and they were absolutely delicious. For sides, the grilled asparagus came out perfectly charred and was so good. On our server’s recommendation we also tried the Kung Pao Brussels sprouts and the crispy cauliflower, and both were standouts — bold, crispy, and packed with flavor. For dessert we couldn’t decide, so we got the brownie and the blueberry crème brûlée, and both were the perfect ending to the meal.(Bith Curtis Recommended) The drinks deserve their own shout-out too: the dirty martinis were fantastic, with house-made blue cheese olives, and the espresso martini was delicious with a sugar and chocolate-shaving rim. What truly made the night was our server, Curtis. He was attentive, friendly, and his recommendations were absolutely fire — every single thing he suggested was a hit. The timing was perfect, the service was seamless, and he made the whole experience special. If you’re dining at Bonefish Grill Weston, ask for Curtis — you won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be back. Five stars across the board for the food, the drinks, and the unbeatable service. Thank you, Curtis!
