  We went for late lunch around 1 o’clock. My daughter did order the food after 45 minutes. We decided to ask, manager said they never got an order. we had to call the credit card company to show proof we bought it. I went up to the manager and said you guys been looking at us seating here a party of 5 and you don’t even come to us and say “ excuse me can you tell me what you’ve ordered so I can take a look?” Or something like that. Instead they keep looking at us like nothing is happening This place always takes time and they need help along with this supervisor!!

  my DoorDash order was horrible, but I came back the next day and the manager helped me out a lot. She’s a good manager and made everything correct she remade everything. I appreciate your customer service.

  Worst Tao Bell I've ever been in. 30 min wait for food, dine in, nachos were going stale, staff was few and seemed lost. Will never go back to this one.
