  Extremely disappointed with this location. I walked in at 10:47 PM, 13 minutes before closing, and almost everything was already put away and removed from the line. The lead manager was visibly upset that I came in so close to closing and even told his coworker that he should’ve locked the door at 10:45 so I wouldn’t have been able to come in. If the restaurant is open until 11:00 PM, customers should still be able to walk in and order until closing. What really did it for me was watching them make my bowl using the same spoon that had been sitting on the table. That was completely unsanitary and disgusting. I understand employees want to clean up and go home, but shutting down early, making customers feel unwelcome for arriving during business hours, and using utensils that were sitting on a table is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience I expect from Chipotle.

  I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but they're stingy with their portion sizes. The portion sizes are 1/4 what I get at other Chipotle locations and their chips are stale. I was excited for this location to open because it's closer to home, but I'll drive to a further location to get better food.

  The tall Hispanic server is DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS he skimps on the meat he scoops a spoon Full of meat and dumps half of it off and when you ask him what the heck you do that for he says “I can charge you for two spoon fulls “

  This place has a 2.4-star rating, and after my experience, I completely understand why. The customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and it honestly felt like management couldn’t care less about how customers are treated. At some point, corporate needs to step in and address what is happening here. Proper training, basic professionalism, and simply treating customers like human beings should not be too much to ask. “Replying to your message…” blah, blah, blah!!!!!!! That’s the same generic response you give everyone..! Nobody believes a word of it anymore… Stop with the copy and paste responses and actually do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I want to let you know that I will be contacting the health department regarding the filth! so please be prepared for an inspection.

  Younger female manager is BEYOND rude and disrespectful. Throwing food in the back “when making orders” and not willing to discuss an order issue/concern. Went inside to fix the issue and she said “I’d give it to you if you were nicer to me,” which I was very respectful just wanted the order fixed yet she chose to make a scene after already rolling her eyes and shaking her head at us in the drive thru. Go to another chipotle because management here is nasty and has an attitude problem.
