  If I could give less than one star, I would. My son went to Chipotle with his friend around 2:00 p.m. My son has a speech impairment, and unfortunately the two female employees preparing their food were extremely rude and disrespectful toward him. Their behavior came across as discriminatory and made what should have been a simple lunch a very upsetting experience. On top of that, almost everything they ordered was prepared incorrectly. When you work in customer service, treating every customer with patience, kindness, and respect should be the standard. We live in a diverse community where people have different backgrounds, abilities, and ways of communicating. No one should ever feel judged, mocked, or treated differently because of a speech impairment or any other disability. I sincerely hope management addresses this situation by providing additional customer service and disability awareness training so that no one else has to experience what my son did.

  Trey “the manager” should be fired. It’s 8:25 on a Monday and they are out of everything. So I ask the cashier “do you guys not put food on to cook before you run out?” and he says they have a different manager tonight. The little Spanish girl serving us had a horrible attitude. I asked her for a tortilla on the side 3x and she still didn’t make it. The other girl had to get it for the cashier. I just don’t understand why it’s dinner time and people are coming in for dinner and there’s no food to serve. The servicing of protein was also next to none. I had to get pork and I usually eat steak when I come here. But all the tubs were empty so I really had no choice.

  I had a disappointing experience at chipotle location. After placing my order, I realized I had left my wallet behind. I stepped outside to get some change for my car and before I could even get to the door, one of the employees called out have a great day as if I were leaving without paying for my food. It was embarrassing and felt disrespectful, especially since the cashier knew I was coming right back and had to tell him that. A little patience and communication would have gone a long way. I hope chipotle provides better customer service training so situations like this are handled with more professionalism in the future.

  DONT order takeout here, the staff give extremely small portions of everything, its insane. I ordered a bowl and they barely gave me any rice or beans. I ordered double steak and got the smallest portion ever, its enraging for how expensive it was.

  Had a great experience at Chipotle this morning. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and my order was made quickly. I also want to give a shoutout to the manager who was working this morning. She was really friendly, kept everything running smoothly, and made the whole place feel welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and her team. I'll definitely be back!
