    Very disappointed I ordered from here many times but last time I order around 8pm and did not get my pizza till 11:40 on top of that I called two times they told pizza would be there in 30 never showed my family loves domino’s pizza for years but. Not acceptable when no one takes time to communicate if there no drivers or something else call the customer let them know that’s the write way to do things have decency to get the order correct and cut the pizza at least very difficult to go back and order here again no garlic on the bread just very disappointing

    I had a terrible experience ordering via Uber Eats; I needed to cancel the order within three seconds, and—guess what?—their lousy policy states they can't refund my money because they had already accepted the order. It’s just not fair; humanity is truly lost. How can they refuse a refund for something cancelled in three seconds when I am absolutely certain they hadn't even started making the order yet? I’d bet anything that if we checked their surveillance footage, they hadn't even picked up the ticket—but then again, what can you expect from that company? You’ve lost a customer in me; I value the human element—the rational, the logical.

    Terrible costumer service deliver wrong order call to claim and don't let you explain waiting 30 minutes and when anserw said the employ order online and hang up the phone 2 different employees do the same worse ever store.

    The wrong food was delivered after waiting an unusual amount of time. They told us they won’t redeliver the correct food and to come get it. After going to replace the food, which appeared to be correct, was also made with incorrect ingredients.

    I waited for almost 2 hours for a delivery that never came. I called the store 5 times and they assured me that their one driver had my pizza and I needed to give him more time. I eventually drove to the store and my pizza was just sitting there on one of their side warmers. The tracker had the pizza as "delivered" at 5:22pm. I had to go get my stale and warm-not hot pizza at 7pm. I requested to speak with the manager, who ignored me for almost 15 minutes. He said I would get a refund for the delivery fee and tip in 1-2 days. When I told him that this was unacceptable, he said that I would get a full refund in a couple od days. He did not take down my order number or my info, so I think he was just trying to get rid of me. The atmosphere was very unprofessional, as some of the staff greeted the driver and some of their friends with a barrage of cuss words, even though there were several other customers there. I definitely will order elsewhere in the future.
