  Called to say my order was placed two hours ago and I still don’t have my food. Manage said my food left the store. I said I want a discount and manager hung up on me. I called back numerous times and he just placed me on indefinite hold. I’ve never dealt with customer service like this anywhere in my entire life!!!!! Worst place and experience ever!!!!!

  Amazing pizza and super quick delivery! The staff is always friendly, and I love their variety of toppings. Every time I order, it’s consistently delicious!

  Every time I call I’m on hold for long periods and sometimes they hang up on me I have to call again only to be put on hold again for another long period and then to be told no driver for delivery on some occasions and when I say well done sometimes food not even cooked properly I go there cause it’s closer to me but the customer service is not good

  This is NOT the first time this has happened with Domino’s Pizza, and I’m honestly done. I placed an order over an hour ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Trying to call the store is a complete joke—no one answers or they leave you on hold forever like your time means nothing. This is completely unacceptable. If you can’t handle your orders, stop taking them. Customers deserve basic respect, and clearly this place doesn’t care. Save your time and money and order somewhere else.
