  I love the deli section, I come here almost everyday to get colada coffee, it’s so delicious. Everyone is so friendly and professional!

  Excelente servicio, la chacas que atiende son maravillosas y muy gentiles, la comida exquisita, tienen un buen salón y variedad en sus comidas soy un cliente que voy casi todos los días y recomiendo mucho estos platos que ofrecen y el costo es formidable como nos gusta muy económico muchas gracias

  I have visited several other Bravo Supermarkets, as well as former Bravo locations that are now operating as Key Food, and the difference is noticeable. Those stores are cleaner, better organized, and clearly well managed. Unfortunately, this location falls well below that standard. During my visit, the entrance doors remained open, allowing flies to enter and land on the fresh produce. I was genuinely disgusted and had to shake a fly off a bag of onions before purchasing it. This is a serious sanitation concern that should be addressed immediately. The store also uses a strong artificial fragrance that lingers on groceries. Even a week later, my apples still smelled like the inside of the store. Fresh produce should never absorb the scent of air fresheners. In addition, the aisles and checkout areas are so crowded that customers often have to brush against produce displays to reach items, and shopping carts barely fit through the checkout lanes. Maximizing shelf space should never come at the expense of cleanliness, accessibility, or the shopping experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to bring this location up to the standard of other Bravo and Key Food stores. If these issues are not addressed, I will be shopping elsewhere, and I imagine many customers will choose cleaner, better-maintained supermarkets as well.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service was incredibly unprofessional their cafeteria l asked for light mayo and butter on my sandwich, but it was overloaded with both. I admit I was already a little annoyed, but all I wanted was for my sandwich to be remade correctly. Instead, the employee became defensive, threw the sandwich away with an attitude, and told me, "Well, if you don't like it, then just get a refund." I never asked for a refund or a manager. I simply wanted my sandwich remade with light mayo and butter, the way I originally requested. Then another employee asked me, "Do you want the sandwich or not?" The situation was escalated for no reason when it could have been resolved in under a minute with a simple remake. The way I was treated was so dismissive that I ended up leaving in tears. No customer should be made to feel that way over a reasonable request. I will not be returning, and I plan to file a complaint because this level of customer service is unacceptable. mind you l've come here times before and they always do the same thing and I never complain, but this time I didn't wanna have a soak sandwich full of mayo and butter and the reason why I don't ask them to remake it because of their faces are always looking miserable, so I feel bad to bother them and the one time I say something this happens, I wish I had a photo of the sandwich on how disgusting it looked
