    I had the worst treatment at wingstop over the weekend . I was waited on by a not so cheery cashier with an ill fitting burgundy wig and the worst representation of what “good” customer service should look like. She has an unwelcoming disposition and is clearly unhappy in her personal life. Her whole personality needs an overhaul, just as her visual presentation. After taking my order, my husband was paying and she refused to give me the cups for our drinks until the payment went through. She held those 2 styrofoam cups hostage until she saw the payment was received. Is this a new protocol? I’m not sure if she felt I was going to fill up on soda and run out, leaving my husband and food behind . You’re in the business of customer service, niceties matters. I watched her hiding between the fridge and a half wall, texting on her phone, as she waited for customers to enter the restaurant. Why don’t you pick up a broom and sweep the floors? Or help your coworkers out? You bring nothing to the establishment besides your foul attitude. Wingstop must be under the gun to hire any random off the street. There are people out there that want to work and are willing to show up with a smile.. do better..

    I decided to order online and in error I selected Cajun wings when normally. I would order Louisiana dry rub with dry Cajun seasoning and while online that's what I thought I was selecting. When I arrived, I realized that I made an error and asked if the cashier could swap out the wings 3 dry ones to replace the 3 wet ones. (e-z fix so I thought) The cashier stated, " Since you ordered online and made the mistake we can't fix it". I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier walks to the back and speaks to the manager who appears to be cutting carrots. They both stand there for about 5 minutes before the cashier comes back to tell me that she wouldn't fix the order. I asked again to speak with the manager she goes back again speaks to the manager and it takes her another 5-7 minutes just to speak to me. She walks over and I introduce myself and I owned the mistake. I told her I eat hear all the time this isn't the first time you've seen me in fact this was my 3rd visit in a row. She tells me about policy I told her i get it but this is an e-z fix and it sure will beat having your attitude reported to corporate or any negative yelp reviews. I decided to contact corporate for one the entire staff was laughing as if something was funny and two the Manager Quinn just seemed like she was mad and had an attitude. Upon leaving I heard my name being called and I answered. One of the cooks said, "Oh we just wanted to know your name" Not sure what that was about but I won't be going back in fear that if they see my name they may even stoop as low as to spit in the food. I thanked her for fixing my order and suggested that she worked on her attitude because we are all humans and from time to time, we will make a mistake especially trying to navigate specifics online. Hopefully Corp will fire the entire staff that worked that day so that I can go back to eating there
