  We had such a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and I really loved the vibe of the place. Our server, Daniel, was amazing — so friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and we had such a good time. Definitely a place I would come back to! Highly recommend

  Tacos del Cartel in West Palm Beach is such a fun spot for a full dining experience. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented we loved the fresh and vibrant green ceviche, the tender and rich short rib bites, and the perfectly cooked branzino. The ambiance is one of the highlights. It’s colorful, energetic, stylish, and perfect for a night out, date night, or celebration. The music, decor, and overall vibe make the restaurant feel lively from the moment you walk in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Service felt welcoming and organized throughout our visit. If you’re looking for one of the best restaurants in West Palm Beach, great Mexican-inspired food, a fun atmosphere, and attentive service, Tacos del Cartel is definitely worth checking out.

  It was my first time here and honestly I have nothing but great things to say! From the hostess greeting us when we walked in to the bar and everyone who came to our table, especially Jayson and Paola, the service was 10/10. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel amazing. The experience along with the food was incredible. You really get exactly what you’re paying for. We had the birria tacos, the burrito, and some drinks, and everything was exceptional. Every plate comes with an experience and that’s exactly what we had here. We didn’t just eat food, we ate an experience. Definitely coming back!

  We had an amazing experience! Dixson was an excellent server very friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the menu and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The drinks were absolutely delicious, the atmosphere and music were beautiful, and the restaurant was clean, stylish, and very Instagram-worth. I also loved how modern the digital menus were, I had never seen anything like them before. It’s such a creative and innovative touch that really enhances the dining experience. The Shift4 POS system was also very impressive and made everything feel smooth and seamless. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  Went for a birthday dinner the server looked annoyed the whole time that we were a big group. His name was Yadian G. We made him aware that there were ppl missing from the group when we got there. Then when they arrived naturally we shifted on the table but he was annoyed that the seating had changed. We told him we could switch back before we put in any order for food and he said no. (Only two ppl had switched spots bc of the persons arrival) We asked him if they could sing happy birthday to our birthday person and he basically rushed us off saying “yes, yes,yes”. Four tables got sang before ours even though we arrived first AND had already finished all our meals. And when they did sing he had a face the whole time and left half way through the song. Then he brought out the bill as a whole instead of splitting per person. We called him back over bc we wanted to pay separately as half of the table barely ordered anything but were willing to pay the $50 required for a large party as told over the phone. Said he could only split it four ways. Which at that point why not even ask for the four cards to begin with? Anyways I asked him to put a specific four people on my card he said he can’t do that either that each card would be charged the same amount. I asked him if there’s any way he can put whoever he charged to get that amount on a bill so we can send the money to each other, he said no. I ended up basically paying $70 for a quesadilla, fries and a coke. Then he had the nerve to speak about us in Spanish as we were walking out, I speak Spanish. If you are going for a party or anything, find somewhere else. Beautiful place but terrible service. The food was not that good either.
