  Horrible i ordered a burrito and they dropped it and they tried to give the burrito that dropped to me but they saw that i seen it so they just kicked it to the side and gave me a new one

  Charged for coffee they don’t have? Doesn’t want to give me a refund?? I asked for the refund and immediately attempts to refund me for the whole food instead of the drinks? I clarify I’d just like a refund for the drinks and there is aok types of asking if we just wanna get soda or juice. After I say I’m leaving, my mother then tries to reason with her to get the refund. I step out and she takes the food from my mother and tells her to tell me to come back for the whole refund of the food…..Just get the Dunkin lol. Not worth it.

  This place is on my way home. After a late night of working hard, all you want is good food. Taco bell's food is good considering the price. But this branch is notorious for long lines at the drive thru, long waiting time. One night I waited 20+ minutes, 20 mins. To get my food. & when u ask the staff, no apologies, they say it's because of uber eats or doordash orders. Fast food shd not take this long, hence FAST FOOD!!! So frustrating. But on 4/9, a guy named Gabi was at the drive thru & he was very pleasant. Shout out to this guy!!!
