  No stars for the service unfortunately, it took my waitress 15 minutes to come ask us for drinks and she didn't even tell us her name. No one prior to her even acknowledged us and the funny part is the manager was walking around the restaurant, checking in with people to see how everything was going, and he completely skipped past my table. Delicious food but not the best service. Do better Rocos Tacos

  Amazing people, atmosphere, drinks and food! The libations and food were delivered in record time and Matthew, our waiter, kept coming over to make sure everything was satisfactory and fill our water glasses (after we enjoyed our cocktails). The manager also stopped by to make sure that we were happy, Roger that! We told him that we weren't going to eat there last night because OpenTable had no tables available, man were they wrong, and were we lucky to go anyway. The manager comped us a delicious Churros dessert for letting him know about the reservation issue and how happy we were with the whole experience. Definitely going back again and again.........

  Huge thanks from Japan! You made our trip unforgettable 🌮✨ I’m writing this to express a massive thank you for the incredible Mexican food and hospitality we experienced last week. You guys are seriously the best! A huge shout-out to our server for being so professional and taking such great care of our orders. Every staff member I interacted with had such an amazing vibe and made us feel so welcome. We had a wonderful time. Stay awesome!

  I’ve been a regular at this West Palm Beach location for over 15 years, and tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I arrived around 10:30 p.m. and was told there would be a 45-minute wait, which was completely fine. After waiting about 40 minutes outside, a hostess came up to me and claimed they weren’t seating a table because I was sitting nearby. I moved as requested, but when I later tried to check on my status, she spoke to me in a threatening tone and said she would remove me from the list if I got any closer. When I asked another employee for her name, someone claiming to be the manager approached me and threatened to call the police instead of addressing the situation. As I was leaving, the hostess made a mocking gesture toward me. I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect here before.   We had a fantastic experience at Rocco’s Tacos in West Palm Beach! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a great energy that makes it perfect for a relaxed meal or a fun night out. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was full of authentic taste and clearly made with care. A special thank you to NJ, who made our experience even better. The service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm. NJ went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying everything — truly outstanding service. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. Great food, great vibe, and exceptional service!
