  After a real estate convention, a couple of my fellow Realtors and I stopped by RH Rooftop Restaurant to unwind, and it was the perfect choice. So beautiful along with the ambience The rooftop setting is absolutely stunning elegant, relaxing, and a wonderful place to enjoy great conversation while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect spot for a “meeting of the minds” after a busy day. The grilled shrimp was spectacular, the Prosecco Bellini was delicious, and the service was attentive and professional from start to finish. If you’re looking for a beautiful atmosphere, excellent food, and an unforgettable rooftop dining experience in West Palm Beach, RH Rooftop is definitely worth a visit. I look forward to coming back!

  Overall Rating: 78/100 RH Rooftop Restaurant in West Palm Beach is a masterclass in visual design, but it ultimately stumbles on the execution expected at this price point. It feels like a wannabe Michelin-starred establishment that hits the marks on aesthetics and taste but fails in too many foundational hospitality areas. It is absolutely worth visiting once for the experience, but it isn't somewhere I feel compelled to return to. Here is how the experience broke down across the board: * Atmosphere (20/20): Absolutely immaculate. The setting is stunning, beautifully lit, and provides a truly upscale, glamorous backdrop for an evening out. * Taste of Food (20/20): The kitchen knows what it’s doing when it comes to flavor. Everything we ordered tasted divine, and from a pure flavor perspective, the quality of the cooking is warranted. * Value (7/10) & Portioning: The value drops significantly when you look at the portion-to-price ratio. For example, the carpaccio was a tiny portion for $28. * Dish Construction (7/10): While the flavor was there, the execution had glaring errors. That $28 carpaccio was served entirely on its own with absolutely nothing to eat it with—no crostini, no crackers, nothing. For an upscale spot, that's a pretty massive structural fail on a dish. * Service (14/20) & Extra Effort (4/10): We went to celebrate a birthday, and the restaurant did absolutely nothing to acknowledge the special occasion. For an elite-tier price tag, you expect a baseline level of hospitality and "extra effort" that just wasn't there. * Beverage Selection: Be warned if you are looking for a full night out: they only serve beer and wine. The lack of a proper cocktail menu was a major letdown for a celebratory evening. * Parking (4/10): Parking is a forced valet cost of $15. When a restaurant is already operating at an extraordinary price point, a mandatory parking fee feels cheap; it really should just be baked into the cost of the operation rather than hitting guests at the door. A beautiful one-time experience, but the high friction and lack of fine-dining details hold it back from being a regular spot.

  ⭐ The rooftop glowed with warm amber light, a soft breeze, and glittering skyline views, while jewel-toned cocktails arrived with citrus twists and the dishes were plated like little works of art. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ HR Rooftop is one of the best rooftop experiences in West Palm Beach. The atmosphere is stylish and vibrant, with beautiful city views that make it perfect for a date night, celebrations, or a night out with friends. The cocktails were expertly crafted, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was attentive from start to finish. The music created the perfect vibe without being overwhelming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. If you’re looking for a rooftop with great drinks, delicious food, and an unforgettable ambiance, HR Rooftop is definitely worth visiting. I can’t wait to come back!

  Came here to celebrate my 41st birthday. I was very disappointed with the food. The food came out ice cold I got the steak Fritas the fries were hot. But the steak was very cold and tough. My boyfriend got the lamb chops and his food was also cold and just not what we expected. We didn’t send it back because it took a while to come out. So you’ll think it will be hot and fresh. The lobster roll was good and also the Cesar salad. Me and boyfriend went and got food at another restaurant after we left there. Very disappointing.

  This was a second time we had dinner at RH RESTAURANT. First one was at Jacksonville and we had a great experience. So we decide to go again but this time it was for my wife’s birthday. It was her “ big “ birthday so we had 5 family members all together. I have called in advance and had a great conversation with a person who made reservations. Told her about our experience and she said to me……no worries , will beat it. Well ….. sorry but they didn’t ! Food was very good ( it better be for that price ) but the service wasn’t. Our waitress was nice but not unfortunately ….. wasn’t knowledgeable to realise that when a husband is making a toast and holding a glass in his hand….. and others doing the same thing …… you don’t come up and ask and interrupt the speech that I was making for my wife ! Terrible move and very disrespectful. Clearly she should have waited , even though her shift was probably was over and she wanted to go home. Allot of time she didn’t even come up and we had to wait for her. This is a very pricey place and has a great location and stunning views. The inside of the place looks amazing. However ….. their waitresses ….. they need more help and understanding what it takes to be a great waitress! Also …… when I called days before that ….. I told them that it’s my wife’s big birthday and I asked them to make it more special! Well …. They gave her a chocolate chip cookie! A cookie!! Really? That is something you give to a kid in Publix !!! Not in 5 star restaurant!!!! That was very cheesy and silly ! We spend almost $700 for a dinner and all you could come up is a cookie ? Cmon you guys!!! Very , very disappointed! Very sad that you guys couldn’t make it more special even though we still took care of our waitress and gave her a nice tip…… even though …… sorry but service was a 3 and not a 5 !!! Somehow ….. Jax location blew this one away ! And this one …… PALM BEACH!!! Go to jax ….. they knew how to make it special.
