As someone who eats out often and rarely leaves negative reviews, I was genuinely shocked by how disappointing our experience was here. The space itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, everything else completely missed the mark. The food was incredibly underwhelming, especially for the prices. My steak arrived overcooked and lukewarm, with almost no flavor at all. My husband’s fish was drenched in oil to the point where neither of us could eat it. Even the sides felt rushed and bland. It felt like all the effort went into the appearance of the restaurant and none into the actual dining experience. Service was equally frustrating. Our server disappeared for long stretches, drinks sat empty, and we constantly had to flag someone down just to ask basic questions.
I can usually overlook one bad dish or a slow server, but when the food, service, and overall experience all disappoint at this price point, it’s hard to justify coming back. Beautiful setting, terrible execution.

I dined at RH Rooftop Restaurant West Palm last night for my birthday. I want to start by saying the hostesses were very accommodating and did their best to get us seated quickly despite it being busy.
Unfortunately, the service at our table completely overshadowed the evening.
Our server Jacob (a young man with blond hair in a bun, whose name was never provided had to get from my receipt ) gave minimal attention from the start. He asked only a few basic questions about drinks and did not introduce himself, check if it was our first time, offer recommendations, or mention any specials.
What followed was consistently inattentive and, at times, dismissive behavior. Each time he left the table, he would be gone for long stretches (often 10+ minutes) without checking in. On multiple occasions, he walked up to our table, looked at us, and then turned around without saying a word—never asking if we needed anything or how our food and drinks were.
Even more frustrating was the inconsistency. We observed him providing attentive and engaged service to nearby tables, while ours was repeatedly overlooked.
At one point, when one of my friends mentioned being hungry, he took only her order and walked away without asking the rest of the table. Her food arrived roughly 45 minutes before everyone else’s, leaving her to either eat alone or let it sit and get cold. It felt disorganized and inconsiderate.
Overall, this was extremely disappointing—especially for a birthday dinner at a restaurant of this caliber. The lack of attentiveness and basic hospitality significantly impacted our experience.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the setting and initial welcome were great, but the service at our table did not meet expectations.

What an incredible spot. The decor, architecture, location, lighting, presentation, and so much more all combined to create an amazing experience. On a perfect cool evening in West Palm Beach, visiting here can't be beat. The views are amazing and the ambiance of the restaurant just immediately puts you in a state of luxurious relaxation. I felt like I was in a magazine or something. The interior spaces and exterior patio are just immaculately designed. The food was excellent, French seemed to be the origin of choice for the menu and especially the drinks. They don't have spirits here so it's wine and wine-based cocktails only here. That said, the selection was excellent with something at all price points available. We had a great time here and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Getting here a little earlier helps because it did fill up quickly. Also a reservation can help.
Really disappointed with my experience. Took my girlfriend and a few of her friends out for one of their birthdays. We had a reservation at 8:30, we arrived ten minutes late after giving them a proper heads up and was told that our table would be given away by a certain time. We continued to wait and not be sat until 9:15. Ever since the start it felt like no one wanted us to be there, the server was quite unfriendly, dismissive, and passive aggressive when asking for our ids while ordering a bottle of wine. We then continued to have our dinner, the food was fine but upon leaving they saw us sitting outside waiting for our car that we couldn’t valet because we didn’t have they key card (we tried to give them our phone) and decided to lock us in the gate without letting us know and proceeded to expect us to get picked up on the side of okeechobee road (which is a busy 4 lane road). It’s just really unfortunate how we come and spend hundreds of dollars on dinner and it seemed like no one wanted us there. No manager ever checked up on us but one of the hostess did try to accommodate us with an actual table because the first table given to us was a sofa table. Overall it seems like everyone needs to have a better attitude and at least act like they wanna be there. Totally unprofessional.
As a trade member and customer I am extremely disappointed in our experience...
Seating was very uncomfortable and awkward, which is a bit shocking with a furniture store and building of designers.
Here were to main issues and why I am very happy I did not bring a client here.
- Had to ask to get water and drinks took too long to come out.
- Our app had random fries in it and not much flavor other than frier grease.
- little to no gluten free options
- Salad tasted like nothing other than cabbage and tasteless dressing. The chicken in the salad was not much, had pieces of hard fat and had the taste and texture like it was from a can...
- Chicken sandwich was soggy and little flavor.
- Burger can't be done med-rare and my guest said it was honestly like it came from McDonalds or Calvers...
- Chicken salad was a very sad flavorless breast and whole butter lettuce and no toppings.
- Sweet potato fries were pretty bad and just a soggy floppy fry.
All in all not worth the money spent at all. After the food we were still hungry but didn't want to waste more money on a disappointing dessert.
Will not be back to this location, highly suggest you don't bring clients or family here and I now know why the server never asked us how our food was... He already knew...
I very much hope that the new location in Naples FL will be better.
