  Shout out the older black lady at the front desk being patient and nice when dealing with rude customers!! I don't care what the other reviews say, this Pizza Hut made the best pizza hut pizza I've had in years. Better than the Lantana location and better than the one on congress near 10th Ave in Palm Springs. Locals know what I'm talking about. Anyways the pan pizza actually had fluff to the crust like Pizza Hut was famous for and the stuffed crust pizza actually had a good bite of cheese in each crust. I would've taken a picture but my family inhaled the pizza lol

  ⭐ 1 STAR — WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. I placed an online order that was already paid for, and the estimated ready time was 30 minutes. I arrived around the estimated pickup time, and the cashier told me my order wasn't ready yet. There were at least 10 other customers waiting, and several of them warned me that it was going to be a while because they had already been waiting over an hour for their food. Then, about five minutes after I arrived, things got even crazier. The cashier literally decided to leave — like LEAVE leave. Quit on the spot and walked out. From that point on, nobody working in the back came up front to help any of us. One of the cooks finally came up and basically explained that they didn't know how to work the register/terminal because their job was only to make the orders and food. Meanwhile, the so-called manager was apparently in the store but refused to come up front or speak to any of the customers. That's probably the most unacceptable part of the entire situation. You have a store full of frustrated customers, an employee who just walked out, prepaid orders piling up, and the manager won't even come out to address the situation. So now there are three employees in the back continuing to make orders, but nobody seems to know which orders belong to which customers or how to use the terminal to properly hand out the orders. We're all just standing there without our food we already paid for, unable to get our orders, get assistance, or even get a refund. I understand being short-staffed and I understand that employees can get overwhelmed, but this was a complete breakdown of management and customer service. The customers didn't create this situation, yet we were basically left standing there with no explanation and no solution. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. The manager should have stepped up and handled the situation instead of hiding in the back while customers were left wondering what to do. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever.

  I literally just called and ask to speak with a manager and the woman had zero management manners and this is coming from someone in management. I spend $60-$90 at this location and I’m so upset because my pizza was cold, my pasta was hard, look how my bread sticks came out and the only response the manager had was everything came out at once. I never coming back to this location and I’m a regular. The customer service is terrible as well. Fire and hire get people in the store who care and who isn’t there just for a paycheck!

  7/24...Ordered delivery online and was told Door Dash canceled it... called and spoke with associate at store who went back and forth with Mgr. On how to handle situation.... overall, I had to pick up order... it was cooked in timely manner but no taste on dough, and undercooked vegetables on top. Pizza Hut was my spot but this is the second time with the mistakes and bland pizzas..Ea. time the pizza be bland andthe wings are a bit and miss. Seems Soggy chicken that was left out and reheated to order.
