  Spent $40 to get food delivered first order stolen by driver and the second order was a completely wrong order when I called they were very rude and told me I couldn’t speak to a manager call in the morning and hung up in my face sent $10 worth of food

  Very disappointed with my recent Pizza Hut order. I ordered the Personal Pan Pizza, and it tasted stale, like it had been sitting around for days. The crust and toppings were not fresh, and the overall quality was far below what I expected. It honestly made me wonder if this is why the item is being promoted as Buy One, Get One Free. Promotions are great, but the food should still be fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, this pizza was neither. This experience has made me reconsider ordering from Pizza Hut again. I hope they pay more attention to food quality and freshness.

  Ordered a pizza and the pizza dough was like wet. Tasted inedible. I really wanted to support a OG chain but after that pizza i dont think we would be going back.

  This used to be my favorite Pizza Hut location. It has gone down horribly the last few times. I have come and get Pizza from him. My order has been messed up. I always get a tavern style pizza now it’s like they crossing it with a thin crust in the top is aren’t even going to the edge. They’re putting so much sauce on it that is smells like throw up.

  I was super excited to eat here and get the my box meal with a personal pizza and side. When I walked in there appeared to only be one person working. Not very helpful at all and when I asked about the box she pointed to an advertisement on the counter for a huge box and said this is all I have. No conversation no help. I walked in as a single person to dine in, how would that make sense. I told her I would look up what I was talking about. I used their location and it brought up what I wanted. I waited a few minutes for her to return but she never did. Then I decided maybe this was my sign to leave. Looking around I saw the air vents haven’t been cleaned in years and pre made boxes were stacked up in the seating area. The only other customer was the person behind me that she treated the same way. I walked to McDonald’s instead where they were happy to help and see me.
