  Hoy 19 de julio. Fue a la pizzería en la noche. Recibí un trato pésimo por parte del señor que estaba allí atendiendo definitivamente no volvería a esta pizzería. La atención es pésima. Así q no les recomiendo ir a esta pizzería

  I arrived at 11:00 PM and basically stood at the counter waiting to be helped, but there was NO ONE there. After 15 minutes, a man came out with a terrible attitude. He was carrying a folder and a pen, and he threw both onto the counter. Then he asked me what I wanted in a very rude manner. He was so disrespectful that I turned around and left. They should hire competent people who are at least willing to serve customers. The owner of this pizzeria is going to lose business if this doesn’t improve. Honestly, the employee who attended me today around 11:15 PM was one of the worst I have ever encountered. I do NOT recommend this pizzeria to ANYONE.

  I sent my husband over to get me food right after having surgery, they had us waiting over an hour, at that Being very patient then they decided not to give them our food. I understand it was really busy And the manager guy was overwhelmed, but it was very unprofessional the way he were talking to everybody even the employees. A female worker asked him to step behind the counter and put his pin in Because of how busy it was and he didn’t have any room and the another guy (assuming it was the manager) snatched our food right out of his hand. I tried to call to see what was going on and they just kept hanging up. I probably will never come back here again and honestly, & I work in this plaza

  When a store gets busy as one, the employees really shine, that’s how you know you have staff you should do your best to keep. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Maybe with more training, it could be. They were very busy today. As soon as I stepped in I knew there would be a long wait times which really isn’t a big deal (We are in the FIFA World Cup semifinals), It’s expected, and any customer who is not expecting it and wants to complain about it should just make their own food at home. When I came into the store, though, it wasn’t the customers who were upset, it was the staff. They were about 15 customers waiting inside the lobby, patiently waiting, not one person upset or in a rush. The only comments that were filling, the room were swears, cursing, and the occasional banger two from the staff. One of the staff members who was actually keeping their cool, came up to talk to some of the people to let them know what was going on and the pizza cook yelled out “don’t talk to them! None of their food is ready, so don’t bother talking to any of them!” Right as he was answering my question of “ When should I come back?” He walked away, and I sat there without knowing when a good time to come back would be. They continued with their swearing and cursing and banging Well, ignoring all of the customers who are patiently waiting. If you’re going to work in the food in Bedford industry, there’s a certain minimum of professionalism that Should be held regardless of whether it’s busy or whether things are going your way or not. Keeping your composure is part of it.
