We placed our order online via the app and provided the code; there was a sign stating that it takes 60 seconds to deliver orders—yeah, right! They sent us to Parking Spot 1, where we waited over 10 minutes for our order. The coffee was missing, so my husband had to get out of the car to go retrieve it himself. We finally left, but halfway down the road, we checked our food and realized two chicken wraps were missing :( What a terrible experience—they ripped us off right to our faces. Absolutely abysmal service. 👎👎👎

When I opened my order already out of the line and heading towards the highway there wasn’t even a sausage patty on it, it was just McGriddle bread. Beyond pissed.
