She is always so kind and welcoming. My daughter felt very comfortable and happy because of the way she treated her. Her kindness and excellent customer service really stood out to us. Thank you for making our visits so pleasant! ❤️🍩☕

I just remind them at the window, but this is the first time the manager actually offered me something for the inconvenience. I told them no thank you and I really appreciate it. Great customer service!!

They do what they want and then tell you that that is how the drink was made when you’ve been drinking a drink for over two months the Same way and instead of the management fixing the drink, they tell you that they just won’t make them special anymore so you’re mean to tell me you won’t add sugar or cream or extra cold foam to my drink when that’s your job. Don’t go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s a waste of time shut it down.
