  Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I bought a bacon wrap that was so hard it was completely inedible and could have damaged my teeth. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. When I went back for a refund, I stood at the counter for over five minutes without being acknowledged. When I asked for a manager, I was told he wasn’t there and that I would have to come back at 8:00 a.m. because there was nothing they could do. The employees were rude and dismissive. I come to this location at least four times a week, and I did not expect to be treated this way. Poor food quality and even worse customer service.

  So freaking rude it's very few times that they are pleasant. Just today I went thru the drive thru placed the order and waited for them to say anything back so we said hello in a very polite manner and a few seconds later someone yelled at the top of their lungs thru the speaker HELLLOOOOO I just left because I'm not in the mood. Do freaking better man. It's cool to mess around a little bit don't be freaking rude.

  Avoid this place if you value your time. I’m here twice a week for rentals and the service is a disaster every single time. The manager ignores you at the window, and the guy with dreads behind the counter is dismissive and arrogant. I’ve had several instances where my order wasn’t even started or they were out of items and didn't bother to say anything until I asked. Incredibly unprofessional and rude environment.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience today around 9:45 AM at the drive-through. We ordered 6 plain croissants. One came cut in half, and when we politely asked for a replacement, the employee acted like she didn’t understand us and showed zero willingness to help. It took another employee and unnecessary back-and-forth just to fix a simple mistake. Then, before we even received the rest of our order, they abruptly said “have a nice day, bye” and tried to rush us out. After finally getting everything, we were organizing our items for literally a moment when staff started yelling at us to move and shouted “ándale, ándale” at my mother—who is from Spain and speaks English with an accent. That was incredibly disrespectful and felt mocking. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Management seriously needs to address this.
