- 6660Plus_6pm5 days ago1.0I ordered the green matcha with strawberry on top. It was a $5plus glass of milk. Absolutely NO GREEN IN SIRE. I drove across the street & took a picture of it. I’m calling the district manager. Never again I’ll continue to buy my matcha mix and make it at home. Wow

Thanks again Natacha, you handled it very well ——————————————- Original complaint before : BOY WITH THE FINGERNAILS AT DRIVETHRU STEALS FROM YOU IF YOU USE A CARD - They have a tip system now in place - so when you show a card they are supposed to show you the card reader to select the tip and charge your card. welp, be careful with the white/hispanic guy with the painted nails - he reads your total, takes your card, and forces a small tip on your card without asking. When confronted he said its the store doing it. This has been on multiple occasions. For some reason when it is any one else but him the total matches what they say and they ask you if want to leave a tip.

Ordered a black coffee and a coffee roll. Coffee roll was pretty good but the water used to make the coffee is slightly off. My guess would be the pipes or filtration system is old and rusty. Pretty hard to believe since a fundamental premise of good coffee starts with water that doesn't offset the taste of the coffee. Very concerning. Could not drink this coffee with certainty of not getting sick. OUR COMMUNITY deserves better especially on an all American staple like Dunkin. ZERO NOT RECOMMENDED WORST OF PALM BEACH
- ICIsabella CoombeApr 22, 20261.0Literally the worst dunkin in the area. Every single time I come here the customer service sucks, my order comes out incorrect and I'm stuck waiting. Yesterday I went through the line at 2:30, no one was answering at the little speaker but I did see a sign saying they'd be closing early at 6. I thought okay, cool, that's in 3 and a half hours. I drive up to the window and the worker tells me they're not serving food because they're cleaning to close soon? I confirmed with her they close at 6, why would food stop being served 3 and a half hours early? Listen - I've worked in service and I understand wanting to clean early so I can close early, but that early is crazy. The woman at the drive through also told me she couldn't make me a sweet tea. I asked her what she COULD make me and she said just coffee. She had a nasty attitude and was honestly lazy, I understand wanting to get out of work early but come on.
