I am very disappointed with the service I received on 6/19 between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. The girl working at the drive-thru window was very rude. She did not greet me or even say good morning, and she seemed to have an attitude whenever I asked for napkins or anything else.
On top of that, my coffee lid was not secured properly, and the coffee spilled all over my clothes, as shown in the photo. This was very frustrating and could have been avoided with better attention to customer service and food handling.
I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I went there this morning through the drive-thru and Chris was very rude, impatient, and incompetent. He kept rushing me while I was trying to order. I would not recommend going here, especially early in the morning, just to be greeted with such nasty behavior. Do better and hire better staff.

Can't go wrong with Dunkin donuts. Wasn't bad at all
It’s super sad how you get treated nowadays the Indian guy with all the tattoos was so rude. He messed up my coffee order and instead of just redoing it and apologizing, we’re not even apologizing just redoing it. He gave me lip and attitude as if I was the one that messed up my order.!!! don’t come to this location. Go to the Royal Palm Beach location although sometimes in the morning the wait can be long. It’s worth the wait!

If I could give this place negative stars that would STILL be TOO MUCH and undeserved! I frequent dunkin and dunkin is dunkin no matter where you go, you pretty much get the same all around service, except for at this one!! At this one i was spoken down to and the food was pratically thrown at me! I had an issue with an order where I ordered at the kiosk. But when the order came some of the items were missing, i ordered the 5 dollar meal deal and i only got the sandwich and not the coffee and hash browns. When it was time to pick up the order my order, the order was thrown at me, I let it slide no big deal then I asked for the receipt. His response (the manager) its the "pink thing on the bag" mind you he (the manager) actually peeled the receipt off the bag prior ot handing it to me. When he realized he peeled it off he shoved the receipt at me. Ok whatever no problem... the problem arose when i got my meal and i realized i only got the sandwich from the $5 meal deal so i simply just went to the manager and asked, is there a way that we could fix this, i am missing the coffee and the hashbrowns? The response i got was Oh, there's nothing that can be done. So I asked is there a way to maybe like order at the kiosk and get the rest missing items? He is like nope we cant do anything for you. So I had to contact the corporate office. And after they got involved The manager who was disrespectful to me, decided to now Say, oh, the way that we're gonna fix it is We're gonna give you the difference of what you paid. Which is about $1.29. Why couldn't that be done in the store? Why did I have to reach out to Dunkin Dunkin' corporate office to now have to drive back to that exact store to get this resolved.
The manager, there is mean and nasty and rude. I would suggest that anyone who have a dunkin craving and you really need that coffee fix I would strongly suggest to go to the dunkin up the street because no one should be spoken down to at all when they are just simply trying to get breakfast.
