- BEBlue Eyedlover7Apr 23, 20261.0I pull up to the box at this Dunkin on Southern and I hear through the headset of the manager yelling and disrespecting one of the employees. He tried to defend himself and she sent him home like she didn’t want to hear his side of what happened. This is not the first time that I’ve came into this location and I’ve seen the managers disrespecting the employees and treating them like complete trash when I pulled around to the front I saw the guy breaking down crying on the phone when I’m assuming another person that works at the store. This company needs to do better about hiring managers because it’s always the same lady disrespecting the employees and cursing and everything else talking about. I don’t care. Shut up or go But I thought I should leave a review because of how the manager was treating the employee home or go on a permanent vacation that lady is very disrespectful to the employees and management needs to do something and the store manager is not there

When I asked to get a Iced mocha latte with oatmeal instead of regular milk (lactose intolerant)kept offering a dunkalatte with coffee milk and oatmilk. Asked if the coffee milk has lactose. They were not knowledge in the aspects of their own ingredients. Now I have a coffee that I can't even drink. Slightly disappointed. Haven't had any issues in the pass with the other dunkins around.
