- CSCarol SJun 14, 20261.0The service is terrible. It’s getting worse day by day. I was given a cup of coffee which was not closed and it burned my hand causing me to drop it. While the worker was apologetic, the manager, Bina, only wanted to rush me along. She didn’t even want to refund me for the coffee saying it was more trouble to do so and offered me six donuts SMDH. I declined and she replaced the coffee. After we left and I tasted the coffee, it was gross, tasting like cream with barely any coffee. Ultimately, we demanded a refund of our entire order as our ice coffee was also watered down and our food was cold. She gave no apologies and obviously has no customer service etiquette whatsoever. It’s time for new management.

I brought it to the managers attention and he pretty much told me that he can’t do anything about. Prior to completing my order, I asked him a question about an item and he refused to answer the question. That should have been my key to leave. On top of that, the food tastes like it’s been sitting out all day. I definitely won’t be going back!

During my visit today to pick up a DoorDash order, the order was not visible in the system. I followed the appropriate procedures as a Dasher and requested that the order be prepared, while also informing the manager that compensation would still be provided directly by DoorDash. Additionally, I contacted support to reach out to the store and confirm that the order could proceed with guaranteed payment to the merchant. Despite these efforts, the manager ultimately chose to cancel the order due to its absence from the system. Training on the full capability of the operation system will help both workers and dashers.
