Waited in DRIVE THRU line for 20 mins being told we are too busy to take the order as his mic is on and you can hear him talking the whole time. All the cars in front of me had gone and the line was growing behind me so I left. Disappointing to take my money to Starbucks

I did nothing wrong. They have to get the right food. After I get it I have to go ask for condiments because I wasn’t offered any and they are behind the counter. Lady had an attitude and wouldn’t stop speaking in Spanish under her breath “what does this woman want” what are you getting mad at me for? Attitude for no reason, it was nuts. Never going back to this location. It’s a shame it’s right by my job. Got no napkins, receipt or utensils. And have to beg for a packet of jelly. Hope corporate sees this.
