The employee who took our order, Laura, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping us, she mocked us and made us feel embarrassed because English is not our first language. Her behavior was unprofessional and felt like bullying. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect. Instead of my second iced coffee, I was given a donut. When we tried to explain the mistake, we did not receive the respectful customer service that every customer deserves. No one should be treated disrespectfully because of their accent or language skills. I hope you will look into this incident, speak with the employee involved, and ensure customers are treated with kindness and respect in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.
